I highly recommend the bahn mi. Typically, it is incredibly delicious and we have gotten them many times. The last two times they have been a little less tasty. One time the meat was too saucy and one time the bread wasn't toasted. Our fingers are crossed that next time it's back to the usual amazing sandwich that we have fallen in love with! When it's done well, it is to die for!

Our first time trying this spot and we were very happy with our experience. The pad thai was great, and the food was actually spicy when we asked them to make it extra hot for us. The spring rolls and egg rolls were very good, too. They were also able to make most of the things we ordered vegetarian!
This place has been wonderful every time here it’s a good area I love it the food is wonderful it focuses more on quality then gassing you up with the atmosphere it’s just wonderful

It's hard to support when the food is so lackluster. Pork belly laab-- it was basically thinly pork belly slices with a bunch of herbs. Seasoning seems to be only salt and rice powder. There was definitely no pepper, lime, fish sauce or any laab seasoning which the meat is supposed to marinade in before throwing in herbs.

The staff were nice and the service was fast. The food was good but portion size was very small for the price and food is pricey. Although to-go containers are OK to use when you are buying to-go, we ate in and were not given real bowls or utensils. I'm not sure why that was. There were 3 tables available for seating but definitely not a place for big parties, which is understandable considering it's a place for "express" food. Would go again and recommend folks try!

This is my favorite place in the Eau Claire area to get Pad Thai. I loved coming to this location when it was operated by Pan Asia and was happy to find out everything is just as good under Egg roll Express. The Egg rolls of course are some of the best in town as well. As someone who loves spicy food I love to get a large side of the spicy pepper sauce and mix it in with my pad Thai and fried rice to give it that extra kick, makes it a 10/10!!! I enjoy that the put peanuts on the side for pad Thai in case someone who is allergic or just doesn’t want them like me forgets to say no peanuts. Hope they stay around!
