Erbert and Gerberts

My wife went here to get us food, what a nightmare. I ordered 2 nebulas, no veggies. They put lettuce on them. They remade them and she brings them home and I bite into it and there is no ranch, the bacon is burnt and the overall quality and lack of care is evident. How stoned do you have to be to screw up a sandwich? I would love a complete refund but we all know the owner isn't going to do that.

The wrapper was soaked with food/broth or something inside and out. Absolutely disgusting. I order a #37 NEURON COMBO without the Mac and bbq. I added banana peppers, jalapenos, cranberry sauce, cucumbers, and spicy mayo. I did not receive anything but lettuce and the meat. One slice of cucumber. And raw onions that I did NOT ask for. I would not order again at ALL. I used to work there and they don't use gloves with their food, once the manager spit in the food of a bad customer. This is a horrible place. Do NOT go here.

Generally a solid choice for lunch. Quality products and fair pricing. They are significantly better than any other sandwich shop!

Their app to order sucks. Apperantly they don't like getting cash payments as their app didn't want to accept my cash. Pathetic really. So I guess if I want their stuff I need to actually call because their app is too stupid to take things down right. Nice waste of my time.

There are many great choices and I went with the Morehouse. There's something about these sandwich boxes, a comforting, fresh feel. Sandwich, chips, and cookie is enough to fill you for the afternoon.

Great place to stop if you are driving through, Eau Claire legend! Similar experience to a Jersey Mike's for those curious but better in my opinion.

3rd time ordering online and all 3 time my order is missing the drinks and chips. I think it's time for management/owners to step up and fix this problem as I'm not the only one to have this issue. Problem will be the last time eatting at this place for a long time.

I’m so disappointed by the Clairemont location. I love Erbert & Gerbert, but after several online orders to this location I have lost all faith in them. Their store inventory doesn’t match their online ordering platform, they frequently make mistakes on the sandwiches, and they have often forgotten items altogether. For example, they have failed to deliver my kids drinks more than once. I called them about it and they said they would deliver extra the next time. Today, I ordered again and put a reminder in the order notes. Unfortunately, they didn’t read the notes because they were “too busy.” They forgot the extra drinks and they didn’t prepare my wife’s sandwich correctly because they didn’t read the instructions. When I called they again told me they would deliver extra next time. When I pointed out that this was the next time, the person on the phone put the responsibility on me to call them next time to ensure they did their job instead of trusting them to follow the order instructions. After paying so much for the food and delivery, why should I have to make sure they do their job? Despite multiple mistaken orders no one offered a refund or did anything to remedy the situation other than ask me to spend more money and do extra work because they are too busy to do their job correctly. Sadly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and must recommend you do, too.

Ordered online and it was not going thru after 15 minutes so I called. I was told they had no one to deliver my 1 sandwich order so I was asked when I would pick it up. I had no way of picking it up as I was at work and only had a 15 minute lunch. The gal on the phone told me she would cancel my order if it ever came through the system. Needless to say not one but 2 of my sandwiches arrived after my lunch (and after I bought from our cafeteria). My order was never cancelled, was double the price and I did not get it in time for lunch. When I called to clarify what was going on and get some customer service, I was told there is no way to cancel orders and that they use Door Dash when delivery is needed. Bascially...no customer service from either of these employees.

I called the Clairemont location for a catering order for my sister’s shower. Rob and his coworker (who I sadly can’t recall the name of, she was great!) were unbelievably helpful when calling with the catering inquiry and also while placing the order. They even went so far as to help set up the boxes to display the sandwiches for our guests! Reliable delivery and wonderful service- highly recommend for your next gathering.

Extremely rude experience with the workers at this restaurant location. I've been a doordasher for over a year with over 1900 deliveries and I've never experienced attitude of this sort EVER. I simply asked them to remake the doordash order because someone had stolen the order. Doordash pays for the order to be remade. They repeatedly told me to call doordash, which often has a wait time of 10 minutes. I cannot afford to sit and wait in this location for a $5 order. I had a screen that literally showed in 3 sentences that doordash will have me pay for the order with my red card. The lady working in there started yelling at me and said that I needed to stop with the attitude, as if she wasn't the one yelling at me for 0 reason. Absolutely disgusted.

First visit and will not be last very yummy soup and sandwich
