I've never had a good experience at this restaurant. haven't been here in years. I decided to swing in for a quick salad after my workout. I got there at 12:50 PM on a Tuesday. We were there today and the food is always delicious. This time, the waitress delivered our meal with a very large hair very visible on the burnt ends. After pointing it out, the waitress took our food back without any apology. When it came time for the bill, I expected an apology or reduction at a minimum since my wife was almost done eating before my food even came.
