The food was terrible. We ordered shrimp Alfredo soecial with mushrooms and chicken and bronchi it was all frozen or canned. The ladangna was nicked and the meatballs tasted like chef boy r d. The bread sticks shad so much salt on them you couldn’t eat them and the garlic butter was a heart attack in a bowl and ice cold butter. All and all it was terrible food. I wouldn’t recommend a dog eat there.

Can’t believe the bad attitude of the woman running the drive through. I know people have bad days but be careful not to let that bleed into your work cause customer service is important. I asked for my receipt. Didn’t seem like an unreasonable request for a drive through. Normally it’s offered.
Two eye rolls, a dramatic sigh and a “fiiiiineee” later, she hands me the receipt and then closes the window quickly as I say thank you. Disappointed by that but the food was just fine.

The food and atmosphere of this place is unmatched! I really enjoyed my pasta and unlimited breadsticks. I am from out of town and had never been here before. I was very pleasantly surprised. Our server, Heather, was also very kind and helpful.

Absolutely amazing fast food Italian! The pricing is phenomenal, and the unlimited breadsticks when you dine in are such a treat. I’ve never had anything here I didn’t like — the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate the kid-friendly touches like the area for coloring and reading. The fact that they let kids hang up their artwork is such a big deal as a parent — my kid loves seeing their art on display. Fazoli’s is hands down one of my favorite places to stop in Eau Claire!

Heather and the other bosses here don't treat the employees with respect. I witnessed this firsthand as a customer.
I really suggest not arguing, fighting, or being stupidly irrational in front of customers.

All I have to say is it was gross as soon as I got to the front door. I’ve never dined in before and never will eat there again. The front door was absolutely filthy greasy. Then after we ordered the tray they put my salad on was dirty greasy and stuff stuck on it. Then when we got to fill our drinks i didn’t realize that the silverware is grab yourself so their sitting there and every one had food on it or looked greasy. The containers that hold the silverware were slimy. There were crumpled up dirty napkins in one of them. Absolutely gross. I ended up going back up tot the counter and canceling my order. Completely ruined my appetite. I understand that places get handprints on doors and things but I’m telling you this was gross the door was my first red flag. I should have took a picture of it.
