The staff behind the counter at the Eau Claire location are the best team in the city. I’ve ran into issues with the app, and they were more than happy to help me. There are countless sub-sandwich places, but this location is the only one with heart. The way you’re greeted walking in/out the door, is like you’re an old friend or family. They go above and beyond every chance that I’ve seen. They do an excellent job of listening to their guests, and making sure they get exactly what they want, in a timely fashion. I’ve never left a sub-shop with a bigger smile or satisfied stomach. All of these folks work very hard, and it’s noticed by every customer that gets to enjoy the FHS culture they so perfectly convey.

I love the smoked brisket sub they have here and that's what I order every time. It's really good and service is pretty fast with a little bit of a wait time if it is busier. Though, it seems like the prices have gone up a lot in the past couple of years, but oh well.

Best fast food sub I've had! Actually, for real, fresh toppings and very good bread. A good amount of toppings! Unless you're a big eater, no need to upgrade for more. I've only had delivery so can't review atmosphere.

What should have taken 5 minutes to get our order it took about 15. There were 4 people behind the counter, 1 slowly making sandwiches while trying to get in on the conversations between the other 3 as they stood there. So dissatisfied.

Been to Firehouse Subs before. Food is wonderful. Service was good. Atmosphere was ok. Was super busy when we were there. Food was a bit on the expensive side just like before, but we will go back.

We have been here several times, and the quality and service is always top-notch. Very good response time and the owners here are great. Best subs in the city.

I showed up right at closing time on Tuesday the 29th with my girls, one which has a gluten allergy, the lady working the counter was very nice and took the food allergy very seriously, put her team to work and got us the food, great service and attitude. Keep up the great service.

Absolutely delicious food! The bread is fresh, the ingredients are fresh, and the food is amazing! The atmosphere is fun for kids and adults. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can't speak highly enough about this place.

Parking: The parking lot is small, so it can be hard to find parking sometimes.

Kid-friendliness: Fun for the kids to look at the decor.

We had the Hook and Ladder sandwich with turkey and ham. Very delicious! The bread was warm. Generous amount of meat.

Best sub joint in the Chippewa Valley! No cap

Dietary restrictions: Always giving options for their guests with proffered preferences or restrictions. Younger staff especially do a wonderful job trying to make sure all their customers are taken care of.

Parking: Very accommodating when having to park and for how busy it can get they make the back door accessible which I feel is good business and hospital atmosphere.

Kid-friendliness: All the staff are especially nice and accommodating to all the kids there. All of them want to be firefighters now ??

Wheelchair accessibility: Always have a space open for those who have wheelchairs and also all different seating for those with preference as well as dine-in high chairs. ?
