Have gotten food a few times. We have always had fast friendly service. Very good burgers and we all love the hand cut fries. The food is a little pricey but worth it. The hand made shakes are also very good.Parking: This place is located in the Oakwood Mall with a very large parking lot. There has always been plenty of parking near the door of the restaurant.

We had burgers and hot dogs, regular fries and Cajun fries. Everything was delicious. I was surprised at how good the hot dog was. Highly recommend. Prices are more sit down restaurant prices but the food was worth the price.

Probably beyond the control of local staff, but they've joined the trend of asking for a tip despite not being a full service restaurant. Not required but annoying, and a growing trend that must be resisted to exhaustion. Otherwise excellent.

Great food but very pricey and can take very long to get your food. Once I waited a half an hour for a burger and fries and a milkshake, and I had to remind an employee to make the milkshake. (It wasn't even that busy). But if you have a little extra money I would give it a try.

Had the two patty cheeseburger. Taste was good even with a slightly soggy bun. Ordered with everything on it. Liked the lightly cooked onions. We didn't know everything included mushrooms, so the wife picked hers off. A little pricey. Don't recommend eating in the car. Was our first time. Will probably go again.

The food, amazing! Delicious ? Hot and fresh. But…. It’s a hard but… lolThe customer service could 100% be better. Asking customer questions to make sure you have the order correct is definitely important and then you do mess up, not a be deal but acting as it’s an inconvenience to make another(while your getting paid to do so lol) can really ruin customers coming back. I was everyone in the service industry would start having so modded respect for there customers, as customers should them as well. But remember your getting paid to do it, so enjoy it, have a good time and hopefully help make someone’s day better by help them get food for our starving girls lol.But After that all is good, food, shake so good! I’ll be back

Terrible customer service. Ordered online and got there when they said it would be ready still had to wait 5 minutes which is fine. Got back to the car, we drove away a little bit, then I noticed they gave us a little fry instead a large. Went back and waited for someone to help me at the pick up counter, but everyone just walked past me and ignored me, including the manager on duty. I finally told someone I got a little fry instead of a large, and instead of quickly scooping up some new fries for me, they continued to make EVERYONE else’s food. We didn’t get to eat our burgers til a half hour after they were made so they were completely cold and soggy.
