Geno’s has been our go to pizza place since moving here. We typically eat there once a week and bring visiting family too.
We’ve had burned pizza our last two takeout orders(11/24&12/2). The boneless wings we got tonight were also overcooked. I really have had good experiences with the food but if the burned pizza continues I doubt we will continue to eat there.

As we were traveling back home through Eau Claire, me and my daughter were hungry for Pizza, my husband was outnumbered, so he agreed. We didn't know where to go so we decided on Geno's as it was literally right on our way home. First off, walking into the restaurant, the aroma itself was amazing! Staff greeted us immediately and told us to pick a table. The waiter came over and ordered our drinks and brought them right away. The menu had several different specialty pizzas, appetizers and build your own pizza. We ordered the garlic cheese bread, and it was absolutely amazing. It was not just your typical garlic cheese bread, we ordered 4 slices, they were very good size and had been toasted perfectly. Me and my family are pretty basic when it comes to pizza, so we ordered a pepperoni pizza for my daughter and a pepperoni, sausage and onion pizza for me and my husband. As we waited the atmosphere was very relaxing and staff kept our drinks filled. A short time later our waitress indicated there had been a small incident with our pizzas and it would be a bit longer. The owner and his wife also came over and apologized - they were all so nice!! Our pizzas came a little while later and the sauce had the most amazing taste, the cheese on the pizza was fresh and the pizza was cooked perfectly. Both me and my husband agreed this was definitely the best pizza we had ever had. We left full, completely satisfied and wishing Geno's Pizza was closer to where we lived!!! Their pizza's, food and hospitality went above and beyond and if you're in the Eau Claire area, I highly recommend stopping at Geno's for a pizza!!!

We walked in and asked for two tables for a party of seven and they told us no and our only options were to sit next to the only other people in the restaurant at a booth or go outside. We were told their busy time was coming so they couldn't accommodate us with two tables. It was four o'clock in the afternoon. We proceeded to leave and go next door where we were treated very well. Hope they don't work on tips.

When your website link is Eau Claire Best Pizza, there's a lot to live up to. We ordered the recommend pizza, Gino Deluxe to go. Stayed hot with the cheese nice and gooey. My moody teenager did a first bite test and gave it a 8.3. Pizza was good. We'd order again when back in the area.

My husband and I agreed it was the best pizza we have ever had. It blows our normal all time favorite out of the water. I am editing an old review. My Friend and I went there to eat July 6. She is disabled and can't get up on the higher chairs. We asked if we could get a table in the back room and the guy who was sitting us down said that it wasn't open back there, that they didn't want to have to open it up and have to clean those tables. He gave the two of us a huge table meant probably for about 8 people where we sat very far away from each other. I can't get my friend to go back there to eat because of it. She said the pizza was really good but upset about that. Also the waitress at one point rolled her eyes at her.
The food was great but we had to get up and get a refill of the beers after waiting 10 minutes. Later, we had to do the same for our bill. We were in the closest table to entrance, second closest to the bar. Food was great but come on, it wasn't busy, we were a party of 2.

Best pizza place we've found in the state of Wisconsin, very well priced for what you get, well made, staff was nice, we were seated immediately, and even ended up taking home leftovers which never happens because we really underestimated the size of the pizzas! We will definitely be returning!
