Guac N' Roll offers delicious food with good portions, quick service, and cheap prices. The El Pastor taco and quesabirria with fire salsa are notable, featuring tender, flavorful meat and warm corn tortillas. The quesabirria is super cheesy and meaty. Homemade caramel and tres leche churros are highly recommended. The service is super friendly, and everything is made fresh to order. It’s awesome to have great restaurants in downtown Eau Claire. This place is great. Authentic food. Delicious. It’s clean. The staff is friendly. You know it’s great when it’s busy and this place is busy A LOT. But…the service is still quick. If you’re a local or visiting you should definitely eat here. The salsas and the meat options are the highlight and the freshness of the veggies only helps. It's so good. As a Mexican the food is amazing. The music is good! The cleanliness Is a 10/10 and they are so fast. the service was amazing!! Would come again.
