Great staff and great food! Hop down on a Saturday for the carnitas, you will not be disappointed!
Guac N’ Roll catered my rehearsal dinner and the food was FABULOUS. All of my guests were commenting on how great the dinner was. The customer service was fantastic. Communication with them was so easy. They helped my mom load it up at pick up and were so kind. They even wrote a cute note of congratulations on the boxes. Overall it was a great experience😊

The El Pastor taco and quesabirria with fire salsa are notable, featuring tender, flavorful meat and warm corn tortillas. The quesabirria is super cheesy and meaty. Homemade caramel and tres leche churros are highly recommended. The service is super friendly, and everything is made fresh to order. It’s awesome to have great restaurants in downtown Eau Claire. This place is great. Authentic food. Delicious. It’s clean. The staff is friendly. You know it’s great when it’s busy and this place is busy A LOT. But…the service is still quick. If you’re a local or visiting you should definitely eat here. The salsas and the meat options are the highlight and the freshness of the veggies only helps. It's so good. As a Mexican the food is amazing. The music is good! The cleanliness Is a 10/10 and they are so fast. the service was amazing!! Would come again.
