This Hardee's restaurant is a reminder of when we had one in Chippewa Falls years ago. The delicious loaded burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onion, mayo, and melted cheese. When we were there early afternoon we had a delicious lunch and enjoyed fast and friendly service. Hot and delicious French fries and excellent burgers, couldn't ask for better!

The pulled pork sandwich had so many onions, but very little pulled pork, it was like eating an onion and cheese sandwich. Sadly, I will never order this sandwich again. The gal was friendly and polite though. Thank you!!

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, out of biscuits so they said we could do sourdough. got handed a cup drenched with soda. Asked for napkins and didn’t get any till we asked a second time when we got out food. Go to eat and the sandwiches have sausage and ham which I don’t eat from fast food. This place has given the worst service time and time again

Stopped a few days ago while in Eau Claire. Always a treat for us. Ordered 4 Sausage and Cheese biscuits. Recieved our order but it was 4 Sausage and Egg biscuits. Went inside had to tell 3 different employees the mistake for them to decide to just take off the egg and add cheese by the time this happened the biscuits were in pieces and had cold Sausage and Cheese so it didn't melt. Asked if there was a price difference since I know eggs are expensive and was told no. Went in the app and was actually about 4 dollars cheaper. Pretty disappointed with the service and food.

I arrived about 10 minutes before 5:00 pm on a Sunday. When I walked in, there was nobody at the counter and nobody behind in the food prep area. I could hear a group of people somewhere in the way back. It sounded like they having a great time laughing and joking, where ever they were. After a few minutes, another customer came in. We waited a few more minutes and he asked me if there was anyone working. I told him I could hear the party in the back room but no one has come to the counter yet. I walked to the end of the counter and yelled "Hello" a couple times with no response. Finally, a group of people came out and slowly walked to the counter. I was finally able to place my order and when the girl radioed back the order, based on the one side I could hear, Wanted to argue about. She finally convinced them it was a real order and I was able to pay and complete my order. And if that wasn't enough, when a different guy brought my order, he asked if I still wanted my shake. The crew that I had experience with in the past seemed really good but things seem to have gone downhill. It's a shame. I'll have to think long and hard before I stop in again.

I worked at this location years ago, and haven't eaten here since. I remember why now. Food wasn't AWFUL but it wasn't great either. Cashier acted as if he had no idea what was going on when trying to use a coupon from the app, even tho a manager was sitting right behind him. She even looked at him and continued doing what she was doing. The floors are STICKY, my shoes barely peeled off of them. And to top it off, it took 20 minutes to order and get our food, with NO ONE else in the restaurant or drive thru. I am very unimpressed! 😞
