Make reservations here!!! Caleb was our waiter and he was everything a waiter should be. Very impressed. I have high standards with how waitstaff should be, as I used to be one and he was incredible. Attended to each table on its own & did not rush.My husband ordered a caesar salad tossed in ranch and he said that was the best salad he’s ever had. He is a rib eye guy and went ahead and ordered the rib eye, medium rare, with the Irish Whiskey sauce with onions & mushrooms. That had to be the best rib eye him & I have ever had while dining out!!The special was Scallops, topped with a seasoned bread crumb with Au Gratin potatoes & vegetable was green beans. That is what I wanted, so I ordered! These scallops w/ the potatoes were mouth watering, right with the rib eye!**Awesome establishment to take your loved one on a date! Or even a group of family & friends. The stained glass work was nice decor to look at. Nice variety of wines & alcohol beverages to choose from or an ice water with a fresh lemon! I hope this helps you decide on where to go !!!Parking: Because this restaurant is downtown, be prepared to park & walk. Not far, but at least a block. It’s well worth it though! Just drop off your lady. She can wait in the warm entrance for you!

Went with wife on Valentine's day, had a reservation. High top table was the only spot available, next time will get a booth.I ordered a candied garlic NY strip, wife got the Prime rib.My food tasted great, but my wife wasnt a fan of the prime rib. It tasted unseasoned.A but pricey but overall the experience was worth the $120 bill.Ordered truffles and cake as well. Recommend the cake, but truffles are overpriced for what they are. Also menu notes (s) as in more than 1. $2.5 is not a good price for a tiny truffle.Waitress was nice and kept checked back on us whenever we looked ready to pay.

Food was mediocre at best. Cod sandwich? McDonald's is better. Waitress told the table, if you want a quality sandwich, don't order the cheapest one on the menu. Group of 4, only person who got the meal deserving was the one who ordered the special. Had big hopes, but won't be returning.

A group of about 20 of us visited Hooligans last night for a team dinner. We were seated in the back room and had the pleasure of being served by Lili. Her attention to detail and warm service was truly outstanding. Glasses were never empty, and every question was swiftly addressed. Kudos to Lili! Will request her the next time we're here. Highly recommended.

Downtown Eau Claire location. Street parking was available right in front of restaurant. Has a nicer bar atmosphere, not a dirty college bar. Clean restaurant. Good food. Friendly and attentive service. We ate dinner on a Wednesday night and it wasn't extremely busy. Complimentary rolls came with our meal. The cheese curds were good. Candied garlic sauce is good (but know that it's sweet). We enjoyed our meal.
