“Absolutely amazing fast food Italian! The pricing is phenomenal, and the unlimited breadsticks when you dine in are such a treat. I’ve never had anything here I didn’t like — the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate the kid-friendly touches like the area for coloring and reading. The fact that they let kids hang up their artwork is such a big deal as a parent — my kid loves seeing their art on display. Fazoli’s is hands down one of my favorite places to stop in Eau Claire!“

“Tonight, we brought our young children (ages 4 & 6) to Eau Claire, WI’s Olive Garden. This was their first time dining at the chain restaurant, so we prepped them by saying that this was a fancy place and that we all needed to be on our best behavior.

While inside, we were greeted by a charming hostess and immediately seated by our waiter, Liam. We explained our “fancy meal” scenario and he immediately started played along by treating us like royalty. (My daughter — the princess—curtsied and he bowed in return.)

The restaurant was very clean and modern. I appreciated the gluten free menu for my sensitivity. (Thankfully my favorite soup and salad combo was GF!) Our kids devoured the bread sticks and we packaged up their meals for tomorrow’s lunch.

Overall, we had a great experience and we like to give much of that credit to our server, Liam. Thanks for helping us enjoy a fun meal out as a family—the experience reminded us of our past Disney Cruise waiters.“

“Went to Johnny’s tonight for my birthday. Kat was our server and she was amazing! This was my first time there, and the food did not disappoint! We had popovers to start! So delicious! Then we ordered the Bruchetta appetizer and that balsamic glaze was just so good! I ordered the Heart of Italy, because I wanted to try all few things and the Chicken Parmigiano, Fettuccine Minelli, and the Parmesan crusted sirloin were all equally (chef’s kiss)💋 Thank you to Kat for the best experience and I promise next time we will try a cocktail!! “Hey just letting you guys know you have the best sandwiches in the world! But my last 2 visits you've gotten parts of sandwiches mixed up, and they can't be the best if they're wrong.....

Our take-out order from 2 months ago had 2 sandwiches labeled as eachother's instead of theirselves, no way to fix that when we found out each getting home 1.5 hours away from each other..... And this weekend we watched our take-out get made and it seemed like the person pulling them out of the oven was mixing them up, sure enough half of our 2 sanwiches had half of the toppings the other was supposed to have - big problem for those allergic to mayo or lettuce when you put those on half of their sandwich and leave the other sandwich order without those.....

Still love your food and will continue to visit because it's too dang good but your cooking staff NEEDS to pay better attention building sandwiches“

“Our waitress was fantastic & recommended the spicy ranch with the pickle cheese curds which was so good & the Philly calzone was delish & no joke was GIANT! My husband & I could've definitely split one, but we both had half a calzone left for lunch the next day. Great experience & we will definitely be back for another huge calzone!“
