The food was solid, but nothing to write home about. I got the ham sub with the works. It was fresh and tasted about what you'd expect from a sub place. The prices were comparable to JJ's, slightly more expensive.

Was at each store in Eau Claire in the last week. Didn’t get the food I ordered either time. Ordered a turkey sub, got ham. Ordered a Chicken Philly and got Chicken Bacon Ranch. Make sure your server understands what you want!

Walked in, store was not busy. No customers. 9 tables dirty and 4 employees goofing around. 2 come up front,did not wash their hands n just threw on gloves and when i said i changed my mind on eating there because its filthy they had a smug look like whatever. Used to love eating here, but will not be back.

Used a coupon for sandwiches on opening week. Great sandwiches.. 3 sizes ....inviting and clean interior! Worth the visit...we had some leftovers ...good addition to Eau Claire. Another site opening in south Eau Claire by the Mall ..!!Went back for a buy one get one coupon. Didn't seem to have enough flavor.

Very good subs compared to others and would recommend giving them a try. The staff was good, quick and easy to order a sandwich. Good to see them come to Eau Claire finally and will be opening another location by the mall soon too. Definitely will be back soon.

Very good food the buns were fresh every thing was tender
Sandwiches made without the toppings specified and missing meats.Ridiculous wait times beyond expected pickup time.Not even a bit of acknowledgement from store employees after I'd been standing there for over twenty minutes. They saw me as I was standing at the counter but turned away from me each time they came by to put orders on the online pickup.Seriously, get it together. You've been open long enough to have the kinks worked out.Not sure how you're going to be able to handle a second store.I've given you three shots at it.Won't be back.

Prices are fair. Decent portions. Lots of bacon. I've had hot and cold subs both great. Lots of bacon. Service was good. Clean and friendly. Also lots of bacon. So that's good bc I enjoy bacon.

The food was amazing - Whole wheat bread was unavailable. The young lady taking the order did not offer alt bread. I think it's nice if they state options so you know. Reading the whole menu quickly isn't always possible.Though no one in line behind me. She had me walk down to talk to her over the meat display. (Thought it was odd) Then return to where we started to pay. (?)Parking: Limited parkingWheelchair accessibility: Not handicap friendly but there is take out.
