If you're looking to eat the most bland sandwich of your entire life then this is the spot for you. $20 for a sandwich so full of lettuce it probably burns more calories to eat than you'd gain. Never had a sandwich that pissed me off until today. Not sure how you make a onion plain but congrats.

So I hadn't been to JJ's in a long time. I was working near by so I stopped in for a dinner sandwich and either I was famished or wow, was it good! So I thought I would try it the following day and even changing the sandwich and yes.. it was still just as good. Quick service and a delicious sandwich! -

I was at jimmy johns ordering at drive up window. I had to repeat my self 3 times. Drove up to window I experienced the worst female ever. This was at 1:20 pm on February 21 2024. This *itch was so ignorant and instead of handing my order she basically threw it at me and no thank you. Regardless of the situation you never treat customers like this or be disrespectful to them in anyway. I'd never go back to your restaurant ever.

The crew working lunch was lively and fun the music was upbeat and the food was delicious.Our sandwiches were done almost before we finished walking from the cashier to our table.The bathrooms were clean and tidy.

After this place was bought by Inspire Brands (Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic, Dunkin' Donuts) they went straight to trash. I have eaten here three or four times since the sellout and got sick twice. The last time was a few days ago. Never again.
