So I hadn't been to JJ's in a long time. I was working near by so I stopped in for a dinner sandwich and either I was famished or wow, was it good! So I thought I would try it the following day and even changing the sandwich and yes.. it was still just as good. Quick service and a delicious sandwich! -

I was at jimmy johns ordering at drive up window. I had to repeat my self 3 times. Drove up to window I experienced the worst female ever. This was at 1:20 pm on February 21 2024. This *itch was so ignorant and instead of handing my order she basically threw it at me and no thank you. Regardless of the situation you never treat customers like this or be disrespectful to them in anyway. I'd never go back to your restaurant ever.

The crew working lunch was lively and fun the music was upbeat and the food was delicious.Our sandwiches were done almost before we finished walking from the cashier to our table.The bathrooms were clean and tidy.

After this place was bought by Inspire Brands (Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic, Dunkin' Donuts) they went straight to trash. I have eaten here three or four times since the sellout and got sick twice. The last time was a few days ago. Never again.
Do not trust google maps for location! It takes you to an old location that is now an Edward Jones! The street address listed is the new, correct address, but if you just click directions, it takes you to the old location! Extremely frustrated trying to report this as a suggested edit to Google and it not accepting the suggestion. It is located next to Monster Scoop on Craig Rd, search for monster scoop instead for an easy map route!

Eric and Jose has very great customer service skills. Eric made my family wanna come back and Jose entertained my children. They both bring personality to the store. I’m glad I chose this location. Thanks again you guys for making my kids day. This is the best Jimmy John location and my favorite Jimmy johns now
