Best Jimmy John’s location to go to if you want your order to be wrong every time. I do like Jimmy John’s but this specific location is NOT good. The most recent time I went there they messed up my sandwich and overcharged me for it. They didn’t know what to do so they just gave me a free bag of chips. Honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here. Edit: just ordered from this location today (9/19) and once again, they messed up my order. Never again will I be going here. I get the same thing every time I eat at Jimmy John’s, my order isn’t even that complex. BLT on French bread, add cheese, extra mayo and bacon on the side (wrapped separately, not on the sub). That’s it. Don’t mean to be that person but I don’t understand how it’s that hard to comprehend especially when they don’t give you the option to cook your bacon. I ask for the bacon on the side because I don’t like uncooked, cold bacon on my sub so I cook it at home and add it later. Never had any problems with any other Jimmy John’s location in eau claire except this one.
