Johnny's Italian Steakhouse

Went to Johnny’s tonight for my birthday. Kat was our server and she was amazing! This was my first time there, and the food did not disappoint! We had popovers to start! So delicious! Then we ordered the Bruchetta appetizer and that balsamic glaze was just so good! I ordered the Heart of Italy, because I wanted to try all few things and the Chicken Parmigiano, Fettuccine Minelli, and the Parmesan crusted sirloin were all equally (chef’s kiss)💋 Thank you to Kat for the best experience and I promise next time we will try a cocktail!! I now want to try the breakfast and lunch menus! I think I found my new favorite restaurant!

My husband and I came to Johnny’s to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and it did NOT disappoint! We were running late for our reservation, upon calling they told us to go ahead and still come in and they would accommodate for us! We were able to get a table instantly and had the BEST service we’ve ever received at a restaurant. The staff are absolutely phenomenal, they offered to take photos of us throughout the night along with surprising us with a beautiful dessert to celebrate our marriage. The drinks, appetizers, entrees, and dessert were all 10/10. We will definitely be back for our next date night!

I book this in advance every year for my birthday. Every year prior has been great for the last 6 years-except this year. My daughter booked 3 months in advance. They told her everything was good for the reservation. She even reconfirmed the morning of. It wasn't until we got there that we found out that they would not be seating us together like they always had in the past. It wasn't even busy when we were there and that we had to be seated 15 min apart from the rest of our party. Like I said it wasn't busy, just ridiculous! The staff was exceptionally rude, except for our one male server. Not worth it at all. I will not be going back and would not recommend. Date of visit: December 2024

Booking: I reserved a couple tables for a birthday party for 16 people for my mother on 12/31/2024. I booked this party with Johnnys at least a month in advance. Johnnys had called me THAT MORNING to secure my reservation of 16 people and said they only had 8 down… I was in contact with them at least 4 times about my reservation through the month and the number was never 8. They had also said our tables were going to be separated but very close towards each other (we were okay with that and they did that 2 years prior as well) (why they do that - who knows). The waiting: I had got to the reservation and they told us they only had 8! People AGAIN, MIND YOU THEY CALLED ME THAT MORNING AND I TOLD THEM 16… when I voiced how frustrated because they called me that morning, (rightfully so..) I was not heard out and shut down by the hostess. When we were finally able to sit down, they told us only half of our party could sit down and the other half would have to be sat 15 minutes later…I asked why that is. I was immediately shut down by the hostess AGAIN and told that I was told that prior … when I was not. Mind you there is no sorry for the inconvenience or accommodations anything… they almost acted like us being there was an inconvenience to them for their mistakes and things I was not informed of. It had been about 12:20 pm(20 minutes into our reservation) and the other party was not sat down. (Why we had to wait - who knows again… the table was unused) and they were hardly next to us like I was told they would be. We had to yell across the restaurant to be able to be with our people. The staff When we were sat, again it seemed like we were inconveniencing them over asking questions. The male waitress we had was the only staff that was decent during this whole experience. The hostess and other waitress again acted like the party I reserved a month ago was an inconvenience to them. Conclusion: As being a waitress for many years, that’s not how you treat people especially when it’s someone’s birthday and all inconveniences being the staffs fault with petty rules.. we have had by mothers bday party for several years now and it appears like there are more rules every year for no reason ( mind you they were not busy). The food was good as usual but again it felt like just ordering it was an inconvenience to our waitress

went to jonnys last night for my wifes birthday made a reservation 1.5 weeks ahead of time for 15 people they split our party up in two 2 different rooms when we complained we were told to be happy that we got a table.staff was very rude and the plating of the food was terrible come on jonnys do better I know that my self and many of the people in my party will not be going back ever.i should have gone to fuji where they are always friendly

Horrible staff & the manager is even worse. This place sucks! Do not come here

Clearly don't know how to tell a real ID versus a fake one LOL. Food is mid. Erases comments? so much for a high class restaurant with mid servers who are uneducated?

Ultimately I would not come back or even refer anyone to this place since staff, especially management is rude and discriminatory.

Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of our meal, but I had to come here to write a raving review! We had possibly the best meal that we have had in like 10 years and possibly ever in this state! I got the seafood pasta pomodoro and my husband got the veal Sinatra, and let me just tell you...wow!!! Everything was cooked to perfection! The calamari for an appetizer was delicious, honestly there isn't a bad thing I can say about the food, it was all that great! But, possibly the best part of our meal was our waiter Eric! He made our dining experience! He was attentive without being intrusive and so professional!! My husband and I were just amazed at this dining experience!! We will be back many many times! So thank you Johnny'sand especially Eric for making my birthday dinner the best I've ever had!!

If it wasn't 3 hours away I'd be going often. They catered the food Friday night in mondovi for wedding we attend..fantastic wedding food. Top 3 for my experience at weddings!!!

The pop over and lobster bisque was good. However my wife's steak had a decent size chunk of grizzle... My crab cakes were nothing special and the lobster mac had maybe 3 tiny bits of lobster. I guess 38 dollars for that is a deal? Drinks were ok. Dessert was not impressive at all. Overly sweet the raspberry limencello cake was nothing to write home about. For the price one could to texas roadhouse or olive garden......
