The food here is spectacular. Brisket potato is heavenly. Massive portion. Flavor is the best I’ve ever had! Totally worth the drive. We came from 2 hours away and worth every mile!!!

Food was good. My husband and I shared a 2 meat plate with brisket and shredded pork. I got red potatoes and cowboy beans for the sides. The meat was decent. Pork was a little more dry than I prefer. Overall not bad for a quick stop and better than what you would get for that same price at fast food. We left full.

Ohhh man this place is fire👌 last time I stopped in, I ordered the brisket sandwich. After my meal I was offered a sample of the tri-tip steak. Great customer service!!

My first experience was phenomenal!!

Second experience on Tuesday wasn't so great.

My mom and I came in at 7:30 to eat dinner.

Cooks told us they couldn't grill our food because they just cleaned the stove and didn't want to re clean it.

First time there & their beef brisket was absolutely tender, flavorful, and delicious! The portions were fantastic. Staff was very friendly & helpful with questions. Very clean and cute place to dine in. We will return.

Karl’s BBQ did the catering for our wedding and it was amazing. We were told multiple times by our guests that it was the best wedding food they ever had. Karl was easy to work with and was great about answering our questions. He and his staff did an excellent job on our wedding day. If you want BBQ at your wedding then Karl is your guy.

Got it delivered and it didn’t come with what the menus said it would, then when we added and paid to have an extra sauce we got maybe 1/8th of a container of it maybe less…. They were very rude when we called to say this and said we just had to go thru delivery even tho it’s them who messed up the order not the person picking it up… used to love this place but complacency breeds destruction. They had a good thing but it’s gotten so down hill and fast. Maybe try to get big mo (motivation and purpose) back…
