If its your first time, eat in so its fresh. Would highly recommend the brisket delight or the brisket stuffed potato. Cornbread is fantastic. Workers are all very friendly and courteous. Easy five stars.
We went for dinner tonight to celebrate a birthday and we were not disappointed! While we decided on our order we were treated to a sample of pork burnt ends that melted in our mouths. We had an order of that, brisket, pulled pork, a couple of brisket stuffed baked potatoes (enormous!!) , and the cornbread was delicious. We'll definitely be regulars!!
We went here for a late lunch. My husband and I shared a brisket-stuffed potato and an order of cheese curd. The potato was insanely delicious. The brisket melted in my mouth. It was so good. The curd was also very good, especially with the chipotle ranch. Our son also got the ribs kids meal. He loved the ribs so much, and also gave me a bite. It was also very delicious and they just fell right off the bone. Absolutely would eat here again any day!

Karls has always been on point, the food is fresh, hot and tastes excellent. The folks that work there are always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. i would do a brake stand in the middle of biz 53 for Karls ribs! Best ribs in eau Claire! yum! Thank you Karls for being the best as what you guys do. Youve definitely got my business .

The food was quality and the staff is very good. Hand sit fries were very good. It was a little pricy and everything was ala carte. Even the sauce that normally sits out on the tables were extra. Three sandwiches with a side of cuke salad was $56 w/tip.

Absolutely wonderful food and great service. We were in the mood for BBQ and thought we would give this place a try and now I don't think we will go anywhere else to get our BBQ cravings satisfied. Definitely recommend.

The tri-tip was terrific, I ordered a half-pound of that. Also sampled the brisket and pork belly burnt ends. Everything had great flavor and the young man cutting the servings was super friendly and knowledgeable.The sides are generous portions. We would definitely return.
Way to over priced and the ribs were tough and undercooked, super dry hot links and real chewy, ribs were rubbed with sauce with no flavor of any kind of rub smoked on them, tasted like day old ribs as well.. first time I went here it was really good but last two times has been not good, I have tried them twice since my first time and now I'm never going back
