We made a put stop on the way home from a job and the staff in EC was great! Food was ready fast, as well ordered something special, and we didnt wait more than 10 minutes.

I CLEARLY received an older pizza that was tossed back into the oven. Cheese and pepperoni both burnt and the crust dried. I'll never go to this place again. I'd be ashamed giving out and order that bad and I work making pizzas so I know an old reheated pizza when I see it.

Seems like it always takes forever to get your order from this location. The app says it'll be ready in 15 minutes, it will take 20 minutes and sometimes to food looks like was made an hour ago. Taste is good, but doesnt always look good.
Went in and ordered pizza-asked about an application. The manager was in the back walked towards the counter saying “I don’t know you, I don’t want to talk to you” …..highly rude. Went to the back and acted like she did nothing wrong-said “all I said was I don’t know you and don’t want to talk to you” , super unprofessional and rude. Whole front is dirty with crusted sauce on front of counter….Won’t be back in to there

I ordered an "extra most bestest" on both my pizzas. Normally I wouldn't give a shit but they charge extra for it but I got a lazy employee obviously who can't read. Don't charge me for extra toppings and then give me LESS than a REGULAR priced pizza would get.

Went in and placed my order. They said 15 minute wait. Ok they were busy so no problem. At 30 minutes I kindly asked how much longer. I was told they were unsure as they guy who took my order wasn't making my food. So I asked him to find. The woman who cooking came out and said in a very angry tone that she was very busy and never promised 15 minutes. She was very rude with me about the whole thing. It all started because I asked how long it was going to be. It was over 45 minutes by the way and left there stressed out. They were getting mad at people for not calling in ahead of time. No Hot and Ready. Um, isn't that their slogan?
Update: I filed a complaint with Little Cesar's. You can probably guess but they didn't respond.
Update: still no response about my complaint. Due to lack of interest in customer service, allowing rude disgusting people to run the store and interact with customers and having read many, many similar reviews I will not be going to any Little Ceasars in the Chippewa valley anymore. I will do Domino's or Pizza hut. I highly recommend you do the same.

Asked female associate if they had any hot n readys available….she ignored me at first. Asked again and she snapped at me saying hold on! I need to see what I have. Second female associate asked me what I wanted. Asked again if they had a hot readys available and crazy bread. She looked behind her and said yes and told me the total. Other female associate grabbed crazy bread and then I was told “looks like I’m going to have to wait till more is made” rude associates and will never come back here.
