The food for the most part was good service is lousy. Service has been lousy since covid. Inside dining is is terrible no matter what location I go too the lobby's are always dirty. To top it all off I find out courtesy corp locations in my area do not have the holiday pie. I don't want to see it advertised on TV if it isn't actually here. Also I wanted to try the Grinch meal but they are out of that to. I mean seriously why do people not care anymore since COVID?

Waited 10 minutes for my order, the staff gave it to someone else lol...I have had the worst experience with any mcdonalds throughout Wisconsin. This is the second time in a month I have asked for a refund, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and left hungry to go somewhere else/just go home and cook. I will not eat McDonald's nor will I get it for anyone, for the rest of my existence. Forever dead to me.

Did a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving to the store and waited another 10 minutes at the store? Why would I do a mobile order and not expect my food to be ready? Might as well went through drive through. I would have gotten my food faster and would be less upset.

Service is decent here, in person. The doordash menu is very limited for this location though. Recommend you manually change the location in the app to the Mccdonalds off clairemont for a better selection if you are using doordash. Also there is the matter of window confusion. More than once I was told I pulled to the wrong window after paying at the first window. However the lady who took my money never specified which window I should pull too.

Ordered 3 cheeseburgers with extra onion. One had no onion, one had no pickle and the last one had no cheese. Kinda disappointed when I came home to see that saying I live 30 minutes away and couldn’t get a refund or the correct order
