I used the drive-thru at 6:50 a.m. on November 6th. I ordered a bagel and a hash brown and Julia gave me my order total without allowing me to order any other food. She didn't ask me if that completed my order. She just rushed me forward like I was an inconvenience to her. I was supposed to be ordering for six people. The other McDonald's will have to get my order because I'm not going through the drive-thru again. Someone needs to coach Julia in drive-thru and remind her that without customers you don't have a paycheck. Customers are the reason you're there.

Awful customer service. Took 25 minutes and I had to bring my receipt up to them because they lost the order. No acknowledgement on how long you this took. Still took 15 more minutes to get food. Missing an item also. Then brought the cup so I could fill it. For some reason they always forget the soda also. Again no acknowledgement on how long this took and that I had to go to them to fix the issue. Food was cold also. Not sure how it can be late and cold. Should be hot
We'll probably just go to regular restaurants. They care and have to have good service or they go out of business
Amazing service, this kid Quinton was our guy in the drive thru, super cool and got the job done. Food was great and fries had just the right amount of salt! 10/10

This McDonald’s is the absolute worst in Eau Claire, never once can they get an order correct. Pay for extra sauce on a sandwich, doesn’t come with it, pay for an extra sandwich, it’s not in the bag. Order ahead and the only person in line. Still order comes out incorrect and you get moved. No longer is this place considered “fast food”
