On baseball tour this was bus stop. Was able to use MacDonalds app. Had. Smoothie which was well prepared tasted great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nice clean and bright sitting area.

Multiple occasions this location just doesn’t know how to deal with mobile orders. They acknowledge it at the order window just fine… and then at the pickup window I have two employees and managers asking me a dozen times what my order was in stunned confusion. “Did you pay for it?” “Yes it’s a mobile order.” “What’s the number” *Gives number* “Ok, what’s in the order?” - kind of defeats the purpose of using the app. As I’m explaining this to 3 people at the window, I watch ahead of me an old man in a construction vehicle being brought my child’s happy meal. I know exercising just an ounce of common sense that this old dude on his lunch break doesn’t want a Happy Meal might be difficult for kids these days, but I’d encourage them to give it a shot.

Finally, receive my bag to find that my kids drink and a sandwich is missing.

A local here, out of all the McDonald’s here in Eau Claire this one is the worst. You have a 75% chance of them getting your order incorrect or giving you the wrong order. Been in Eau Claire for 20+ years and this is the only one I always have issues with. Doesn’t matter if it’s a big order or small order, employees and managers just suck at getting orders right. Worst one in Eau Claire.

This McDonalds has an open Playplace for kids as of June 2025. Playground is great for kids when in need of a roadtrip stop.

Sitting for over 15 minutes at least 20 people helped before me. I ordered one sandwich and one mc nugget. No one seems to care reported it twice still Sitting in my car.

Typical McDonald's that is very busy. We did have a hard time finding a clean table. In the kid area there was a kid standing on a table were people eat. Not really the locations fault just poor parenting as they thought it was funny.

Overall it is a place for a quick stop.

I always order my fries with no salt because they always put too much salt on the fries, so I ask for salt packets to control the amount myself. We got up to the window and a guy handed us our food and drink, we then asked like always for a couple salt packets, and he straight up looked at us and said “FOR WHAT!?” My husband told him for our fries. He then went to grab the salt packets and came back and asked “out of curiosity, why do you order the fries without salt then?” I was taken aback, and didn’t expect that, and my husband told him “because you guys put too much salt.” I am just astonished on how customer service is now a days! Just pure disrespectful. Does he realize it could be because of health issues and some people may not be able to have salt or only so much salt. I didn’t catch his name but he had a different color shirt on “may even be a manager”

McDonald's has lost its place, they're no longer fast or cheap... Or very good for that matter... You used to know what to expect ...now it's pretty bad if you're actually disappointed with McDonald's when you know what you're ordering

Terrible customer service. Waiting 20 minutes for my curbside pick up. Attempted to ask two female employees where mine was as they came to give another customers order, they made eye contact with me and ran away. The manager came out to give another customer their food, I said something to him and he said “oh they don’t speak English, I’ll try to go get it for you”. No apology and still had to continue to way for my food. If you can’t communicate with customers properly then you should not have a job in customer service.

Clean and highly functional play place. The service was much higher than other locations. The store was really clean. The play place was high end and clean. Also, the play place was highly active with the wee-ones. Didn’t see bad behaviour from the kids like at some locations. The parents were engaged and not just looking at their phones… :)
