I think all McDonald's are just getting to be terrible. We ordered food, the guy at the counter messed it up so we had to re order and pay again and waited even longer for it the rest of it to come out.

I went and ordered three grinch happy meals and was Not told you were out of the grinch salt for the fries…. And the only way I found out because you Didn’t say a word to me while I made the order for three meals ..was the sign on your window that I saw when it closed after I had already paid!!!! Crappy service of you guys….

Waited 7 minutes and had 2 large fries and 2 Mcchicken sandwiches. Fries were lukewarm and undercooked.Very disappointed ☹️

This visit left me really uncomfortable. The screen said to start ordering, but the attendant abruptly cut me off and asked me to wait. When they told me to go ahead, they kept saying they couldn’t hear me, but the tone was sharp and dismissive, not friendly. Even when I spoke louder, I was interrupted again, and it felt almost deliberate. They seemed to hear me clearly only when I said I was leaving. Overall, the interaction didn’t feel respectful, and I didn’t feel comfortable continuing my order. I won’t be returning to this location.

I once ordered a large meal with a Dr. Pepper and in return, I received a medium Dr. Pepper.
About 1-2 weeks later and ordered breakfast through the mobile app. Automatic medium orange juices, since I couldn’t change the size for the drink. I also ordered a large OJ. In return, I received 4 small OJ’s and a medium OJ…??
Why am I receiving a smaller size than what I paid for? Being charged a few extra dollars and not getting what I paid for is upsetting. They even label how big and small I can get the drinks, but the order is still made wrong?
Is this how this location takes orders and makes them??

McDonald's reached out and asked that I go to the link provided to let them know what had happened.
I followed the link, made my report and was contacted via telephone by the manager of this store.
She told me that the manager I had previously spoken to didn't even write my information in the book. They asked for my name and address, listened to me provide this information and couldn't even be bothered to write it down.
I did finally receive a letter in the mail and four coupons for any combo, morning, day or night.
While that was nice enough of them, the letter I received had an extremely upsetting apology letter. The letter states how sorry they are that my expectations were not met.
Nobody's sorry that my burger (the patty itself) was in PIECES, they're sorry that I expected it to be in one piece.
Nobody's sorry about the ketchup that was all over the inside and outside of the wrapper and nobody's sorry that my shirt is stained.
They're sorry that I expected it to be neatly assembled and not falling apart.
I expected what I paid for. I gave these people my hard earned money and they're sorry that I expected it to somewhat resemble the photos they advertised.
So yeah, I'm still quite upset. I won't even go into how the 4 replacement meals turned out, as clearly MY EXPECTATIONS are too high.
So my original review stands. Find another McDonald's. Really.
I'm seriously DISGUSTED in this store.
DONT even waste your time. Keep driving, there's another McDonald's on Hastings Way that meets expectations.

Ice cream machine was down.
Went through the drive thru and when pulling forward the sign said stop here and well there wasn't even a window at the sign I had to back up to the right window very confusing

One of the most Northwoods-themed McDonald’s I’ve ever seen, and overall a really nice location. I’ve only had one issue — staff once told us to sit and wait, but after 20 minutes we found out they had marked it as a to-go order and seemed upset that we didn’t pick it up. Outside of that, I really enjoy visiting here. The touchscreen games are a fun feature, but unfortunately they’re not very accessible — if someone is sitting at the table no one else can play, and they’re not handicap accessible for children in wheelchairs or those unable to crawl into the booth, which really sucks.

Asked for no cheese on my burger. The receipt said ‘no cheese’. The wrapper the burger was wrapped in said ‘no cheese’. Guess what was on my burger. Come on guys.

I was asked to pull up to the third window to wait for the food. It’s been over 20 minutes and then I called Them and they say they’re waiting on the hashbrowns when over 30 cars have past obviously there’s been hashbrowns in those orders. I don’t know why they would lie now my food is going to be cold.
