I have been very happy with my experience! I am able to eat like a bodybuilder (or any macro balance I could ask for) without needing to sacrifice all flavor and my Sunday afternoon. I have consistently eaten a balanced diet all month thanks to Midwest Meals. I love that I only have to grab the food from my gym’s fridge. Unlike large meal prep brands like Factor, I’ve experienced NO quality control issues, with all of my food arriving in pristine condition. Additionally, the Midwest Meals storefront is convenient when I am looking for some variety in the middle of the week or when I didn’t order enough. 5/5
