Every time I'm here, it's a 10/10. Every. Single. Time. I love this place and will recommend it to everybody who visits this city. Special shout-out to Hailey the cook... She is on another level of culinary art.

Had the melot beef and the caramel dessert. Far exceeded expectations. So good I could neither even nor odd.To those who told others not to tip because of the 18% thing, Dante has a spot for you in the 8th circle 9th pouch.

Service & food were exceptional. Try the eggplant Parmesan or the espresso desert! Really nice place to have a date night

The atmosphere is cozy and nice. Servers are always nice and attentive. Food tastes great. Only downfall is no matter what I order here it upsets my stomach without fail. Several of my friends and family members have the same issue. I don’t usually have issues at any other restaurant, perhaps they could look into using less oil or something. I do love this restaurant, but if your gut is sensitive I can’t recommend.

The owner LISA IS A NIGHTMARE! Stay far away from this establishment! Just read the reviews, all the negatives are about her. Take the caution that others have left for you and eat elsewhere!!

Cool place - first time there. Service was AWESOME! Lots of menu items- I was accommodated for my gluten and dairy intolerance- 4 stars only because some of the food came out cold.

Disgusting food! The service was just alright, but the food was WAYYYY over priced and cold! They also FORCE you to tip! That's totally unacceptable. Tips are earned. Some friends warned us this place was going down hill, and to save our money. I wish we had listened. Beware!

Second year in a row visiting this establishment ahead of a concert at UWEC. Last year we had to get the pizza to go and it was good; not memorable. This year planned more time to fully enjoy the experience. When you eat out, you want it to be food and drink you can’t recreate at home. You want it to be something you tell all your friends about. This meal was exactly that. The House Favorite Braised Pork Sugo Pasta was a perfection of flavors and textures that I will have dreams about! Our server, Gigi, was exceptional! Kudos to this restaurant for an exceptional experience!

Went here for a anniversary. I snagged a pizza and my wife got some pasta. Both were very good, very well presented as well. Great service from the staff. Slightly higher end of the cost side, but 100% one of the better places in the area to splurge on those special occasions for sure, nice atmosphere.

Mona Lisa’s warm light and atmosphere were just what we needed on a cold January night. The hostess and server were friendly and attentive and the beet salad, artichoke appetizer and burrata excellent. The paella had deep flavor, but all the seafood in it was over cooked. We look forward to coming back, it was hard to choose what to eat because there are so many tempting dishes on the menu.

I on an early evening walk with friends while visiting Eau Claire.I saw the lights from Mona Lisa’s, and commented on how warm and inviting it looked. We stopped at a nearby establishment for a drink before heading home to make dinner, and decided to eat out rather than cook. We headed back to Mona Lisa’s and were delighted that they could seat us. Our server was lovely and attentive, and the food was wonderful. I had the Gnocchi, and although everyone was happy with their order, my dish won the table. I am giving the service only 4 stars, as the cocktails took an inordinate amount of time to arrive, but other than this small hiccup, all was great. Can’t wait to return next time I am in town.Vegetarian options: My beau and I are both vegetarians, and had several interesting dishes to choose from.
