Love this hotel and all the family fun!

Bad customer service for deaf person. They don’t even try to communicate with me and just grab my phone from me instead of writing paper down. They ask other person to help me instead of let me to communicate. They could have do paper and pen to communicate with me. I don’t feel comfortable to pay for items without have the ability to ask questions after worker talk to other person without include me and I feel disrespectful and discrimination by them. I would not recommend anyone who have different way to communicate accessible.

I went today with my 6 and 8 year old. We did the 3 hour jump and play. There were only a dozen games that the kids could play on the play pass! Most of them were racing games. I thought that was a rip off. Also we were told we couldn't ride the go karts with open toed shoes, yet the people before us got to ride with sandals. We also were allowed to ride the bumper cars once with sandals and when we wanted to ride again, a different staff told us we couldn't because we needed closed toed shoes...

Either I was really hungry or the pizza was amazing.

I had heard from friends (and other reviews) that the pizza was a bit flavorless, especially the crust, though those friends and reviews were all from at least 5 years ago. Something must have changed, because in the past few years since I've been coming the pizza has always been fantastic.Their sausage is just so- so, but other toppings I've tried have all been good, and the crust has a very nice texture and garlic flavor to it. The sauce is a bit above average, and they put just the right amount on the pizza.Pricing could be a bit better, especially for drinks, but you'll unfortunately always have the premium markup at an in-resort location.

This restaurant has a 30 inch, nine pound pizza! The pizza is really good, although it's best for large groups. They do have an eating challenge where two people have to eat an entire gorilla pizza in one hour, but each person would have to eat about four and a half pounds of pizza. Do you know anyone who can eat that much?

Waited a little while on my order. Walked up to see why and it was sitting in the window and employees were just talking with each other.

Food was ehh mediocere at best, bought family deal included pizza bottomless soda and four blizzards from dq, price was fair, service was fantastic, but if you dont mind flavorless crusty topingless pizza then this is your spot
