Honestly it was fine. This is a poor replication of the original Monks in Wisconsin Dells.The food was fine. The drinks were meh. The service was quick on a Monday at 5 pm.If you want better quality food with a similar but better vibe, I'd recommend Wisco's in Eau Claire.

The food was okay. We ordered the deluxe nachos and they were underwhelming in flavor and toppings. I ordered the Brisket Burger and the brisket was dry accompanied with old tasting tomato's. The service was fine but only showed up to take our order and provide the bill.

Unfortunately my recent food order will be the last.My family ordered food off EatStreet. Was late dinner so not during peak time, food came cold and items were missing.We had to drive to Monks to get corrected order. Staff did not apologize nor did they offer any reduced cost on this meal or next meal.As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to take care of customers and make a situation "right". That didn't come close to happening.Disappointing to say the least.
