Have been eating at Panda for a while now, and the food is usually good, but recently they’ve started using a smaller sized to-go container, with correspondingly smaller portions, for the same price. Also the sesame honey chicken, my favorite, used to be in nice big chunks, but now it’s in kind of tiny strips that are starting to be more batter than meat. Disappointing. On the plus side, the people are always nice.

First off, the customer service at this locations is exceptional; Taylor, the manager, went above and beyond to honor a voucher from a previous visit. We ordered two plates with orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp and they were both excellent. We will be returning soon!

Honestly, this place offers pretty decent-tasting food, although the quality can be hit or miss. I often order for pickup or sometimes delivery through the Panda app, and most of the time, the food tastes fresh and delicious. However, there are occasions when it seems like the food has been sitting out for a while, as the flavors are off, and the chicken can unfortunately taste dried out.
That said, more often than not, the food is quite good. Among the few similar places in the area, Panda Express in my opinion has the best orange chicken. When it’s fresh, it’s spot on, and even when it’s not at its best, it’s still manageable.!
Whenever I stop by to pick up my order, the establishment is always pleasant and exceptionally clean. Every visit has been consistent in maintaining a spotless and inviting environment. The staff does a great job providing courteous and reliable customer service, making each experience enjoyable. Additionally, ordering through the Panda app is straightforward and user-friendly, offering a convenient way to place online orders. Overall, it's always a great experience both in-person and online.!

Once got 3 scoops of rice and no meat. Always forget something. If you get it delivered you won't get your money back cuz of third party stuff. Rice is usually dry and stale. Meat is never up to portion. Always forgetting lagoons or egg rolls. Never give the sauce you ordered. Rude customer service too. (This is over about 10 different experices)
