There was no parking, so I jumped in drive-thru and was 5th in line. It was moving at snail pace, so while I was in the drive-thru line I looked up the menu and ordered online. I get to speaker told them had online order. Was told I had to come inside. I asked why can't I get here. They said one moment and came back & said its not even ready yet. Umm...people in drive-thru don't have orders ready yet, you would be taking my order and getting it ready by the time I get up there so what's the difference? Besides the fact I already figured out what I wanted & paid for it. Make it, make sense. Anywho...orange chicken was fire!Parking: No parking in the evening.

I placed an on-line order and was given the wrong entrée, I contacted the store and they gave me.a code, I tried using the code and it would not work, I spoke with the store manager and they would not honor the code telling me it expired after 30 days and it had only been 15 days, she then told me I needed the receipt and they would give me credit which was what the code was for the first time. I was not told I needed to keep the receipt and now I'm out the 30 dollars I spent. Thank you Panda Express.

Tonight I went through the drive thru and waited for 30 minutes on a 7 minute kid’s orange chicken meal. When I finally walked in to pick it up myself not a single employee greeted me. I told a girl cleaning the soda machine I had been waiting 1/2 hour for my daughter’s meal and she just asked if I ordered inside or not… not an apology from anyone. If we didn’t like the food I would not go back!
