Panera Bread in Eau Claire

“I had a great experience at Panera Bread today. The woman at the front counter who took my order was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She made the ordering process quick and pleasant, and her positive attitude really stood out.

I was a little skeptical about trying the black bean soup, but I decided to give it a chance — and it ended up being very good. I’m glad I tried it.

Overall, excellent service and great food. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Probably one of the fastest Panera locations we have been too in regards to ordering food and being prepared. The staff were friendly and only one minor mistake was made with the order but nothing major to cause a fuss about. The one big thing that lacked at this location was cleanliness of the tables and bathrooms. The place was very busy so I can only assume that this was a reason for the areas to not being cleaned. Food was on the floor under tables (I mean, a lot of food in some instances, like half eaten sandwiches), crumbs and stains over tabletops. The bathrooms were a tad smelly and in need of cleaning, my wife said the same regards the female bathrooms too.“
