I generally love Panera Bread. This particular one wasn't very clean. It looked like the floor hasn't been swept in a couple days. There also was not even a third of the amount of chicken that comes on a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich at any other one of their restaurants. I think this one store needs a little leadership...

Inside is kinda chaotic during lunch hour but other than that the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend for someone who’s on a diet or just wants delicious healthy food.

When went to our table we saw a stack of dirty dishes on the garbage disposal area. There must have been 30 plates, 15 bowls and other items and the floor was a mess in many spots.

My wife and I went for breakfast morning of Feb 10th. We placed our order, then asked for coffee cups so we could have some waiting for our order. We're told to go down to end of line and ask for cups when cups were an arms length away. 2 employees were standing down at end of line just standing there talking. We got our cups while they disappeared behind somewhere. Went to get coffee of course the one I had ordered was empty. Had to call out for someone to come and brew some coffee. After waiting for coffee to come out, I find the creamer pitchers empty. Now there are 5 employees standing there doing nothing but telling stories and laughing. Asked if any of them were working, told them to make themselves useful. The one replied all I needed to do is ask for some cream. I replied i had already asked for coffee, maybe they should tend to the coffee bar. So while waiting I went to the men's room. It was fifty. Floors needed cleaning as who knows what the black stuff in the corners under the urinal was. Restroom smelled, sink had a sum in the bowl. There is no information printed on receipt to call and talk with manager/company. I was in the food business for 47 years before retiring. This was a horrible experience. Needless to say we won't be returning to this location.

Food was disgusting. Chillies the half bowl you get was easy, homeless in a can is better. Grilled cheese sandwich had so much cheese all you tasted was cheese oozing out. Poece of bread/hogie was dry as sawdust .I threw the entire order in garbage . First and last time eating here
Probably one of the fastest Panera locations we have been too in regards to ordering food and being prepared. The staff were friendly and only one minor mistake was made with the order but nothing major to cause a fuss about. The one big thing that lacked at this location was cleanliness of the tables and bathrooms. The place was very busy so I can only assume that this was a reason for the areas to not being cleaned. Food was on the floor under tables (I mean, a lot of food in some instances, like half eaten sandwiches), crumbs and stains over tabletops. The bathrooms were a tad smelly and in need of cleaning, my wife said the same regards the female bathrooms too.

Tables are usually dirty, service is very slow and they usually get our orders wrong. Never get take out without checking your bag first! 9 times out of 10 they got something wrong. Food tastes good though.

I’m surprised how much the menu has changed from previous years. I appreciate the new salads. The price was similar to a sit down restaurant but without the at hospitality feel. Ordering here is a little robotic feeling and I felt a little clumsy because I don’t go to Panera often. I was sad to see many of the unsweetened teas are now behind the counter and almost $5!
Kid-friendliness: My kids really enjoy the kids menu here. Healthy options.
