The food was good however the person who gave me my food was the rudest person I have ever met, she seemed like she hated her job, the costumers, and the business. I was also in the bathroom and I watched her go into a stall and saw smoke coming out the top of the stall she was in. I was given lots of attitude when they forgot my drink and I heard her mumble curse words at me. Her name was Chrissa and due to the behavior and way I was treated I will not be returning. The fact that a business is allowing this behavior is terrible. I am very disappointed Panera, do better for your costumers.

I had a great experience at Panera Bread today. The woman at the front counter who took my order was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She made the ordering process quick and pleasant, and her positive attitude really stood out.
I was a little skeptical about trying the black bean soup, but I decided to give it a chance — and it ended up being very good. I’m glad I tried it.
Overall, excellent service and great food. I’ll definitely be back!

Might be because this Panera didn’t open that long ago, but some of the employees act like they need another round of training… I got the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt, with Broccoli Cheddar soup. Very tasty I do recommend that dish.
Drive thru took forever just for a salad and 2 drinks.

We visited over the weekend and everything was great, but we were especially impressed with the manager on how he handled a situation with an elderly man who had a very old gift certificate. He handled the situation with such grace we will go back for that reason alone!

Visited this new location for the first time today around dinner time. I was very impressed with the friendliness of staff. This Panera location is so much better than the one on Keystone Crossing in Eau Claire. The Keystone Crossing is constantly missing ingredients in my order even when I ask for extra it’s always missed. This location didn’t miss any ingredients and they gave me the extra I paid for! I’m not sure if it was the manager maybe?, but the man that was working behind the pick up window for dine in was very pleasant. Also made sure I had the extra that I paid for even though it was really busy. Place was kept very clean! This will be my go to location for Panera from now on. I wish I could leave a review through the email that gets sent asking about the experience but their reward system was down. I’m assuming that’s why it didn’t generate a link to give review.
