Walked in to a worker with a cigarette literally hanging from there mouth the entire transaction then after even touched our pizzas to push them towards me to take. The cigarette wasn't lit but still your in a food industry nobody wants to walk into that when there coming to pick up there food. I've never in my life had an experience like this. Not sure will be coming back to papa John's ever again. FYI this was the first time we've ordered papa John's in well over a year and this is the first experience we get.
