Perkins American Food Co.

My husband and I took a chance again to try Perkins here in Eau Claire. This is the 3rd time in 11 years. It’s NEVER been good food. We had a wonderful server. The food basically tasted like food you are forced to eat in the hospital or a nursing home. It gets worse! My husband had coffee and ordered his breakfast. I had a Diet Coke. $46.00 and it was the very 1st time he couldn’t even finish his breakfast. Every bite just made you feel more nauseated. We left to do our grocery shopping and things got much worse. It was the LONGEST GROCERY TRIP we’ve ever had. We were both so sick from the breakfast they served, that we both had to fast walk to the bathroom several times. Coming out of our bodies from top to bottom. It was hard to even grocery shop because the sight of all the food made us feel so much worse. We literally paid more for this breakfast than going to Texas Roadhouse. Every 3-5 years, we decide ‘let’s go to Perkins to see if they’ve any better. Answer is, it’s WORSE!! We also questioned our selves when we pulled in and there weren’t many cars. And the restaurant was dead. Should have been the 1st sign. If we hadn’t paid cash, I would have deny the charges as it was that bad! We both made the decision that we will NEVER eat at a Perkins again! $46 to only make us miserable. I do hope this review is helpful.

The staff is great. Always greeted with a smile from everyone. Food was amazing. Very quick to come out for our group of 7.

not a bad place to eat not the cleanest place to eat either.

Very friendly, fun people. Evan was a hoot and checked in with us if we needed anything. Faith the manager was personable...go Vikes! The food was brought out fast and delicious. A good old fashion breakfast at Perkins.

I'm always a huge fan of Perkins and went for the new dishes. Absolutely amazing!! Customer service is always amazing. Food is so delish and good place to hang out and rest.
