Food was great as always but the delivery driver was rude. They parked in my neighbors driveway and then told me how they didn’t want to delivery my food because they had 3 other orders and I lived 3 miles away. I then told her how I usually use DoorDash but wanted to support the restaurant’s delivery service. They then told me to only order delivery when there are multiple orders for my area or a bigger order. I’m not pleased with how they treated me and I will be ordering from DoorDash from now on.

Every time I order from the West Claremont location the food is fresh and delicious! I know it’s crazy to say this about a chain restaurant but they have my favorite wings/sauces in Eau Claire. Long waits for delivery so I usually pick up and the workers are always friendly. Two pizzas, wings and cheesy bread for under $30 is a great deal as well.

not happy i rarely order food but today i decided to and did for delivery and they say oh sorry we are not delivering today what!!!!! how tf are you even open ? and why did you website let me place and order for delivery and then switch's it on its own for take out wtf atleast the kid was nice about im not mad at the workers

Dippings weren't the ones I ordered. Dough was under cooked. My pop wasn't very carbonated like no fizz when opening it so I checked the date and the pop is a couple months expired.

Ordered pizza. Waited almost and hour and a half which is fine. I understand Sunday pizza delivery. Watched for the driver. The track my pizza never mentioned delivered, never changed the delivery time. No text. Nothing. Found my pizzas outside and cold. Seriously not happy.

A pretty dismal and sad place. Food takes forever and the workers are not the best. My order was said to be ready on my phone but the worker passive agressively said that it's not ready and that it's not even close.
Terrible had ants in my pizza and the worker was eating are food and punched my kid I'll never eat there again

This Pizza Hut location is only open for takeout orders at the present time. That being said, don't let this stop you from ordering. The pizza I got was great! The order was ready on time and was hot and fresh. The employees at this location are super nice too.
