Ordered my pizza at 8:07. The app told me that my pizza would be done at 8:27. I got there at 8:31. The guy told me my pizza was not done yet and it would take a little bit a few minutes later. the pizza is done, but my pasta is not done Because they didn’t put it in so they gave me an extra for courtesy. I finally get my pizza at 8:50 and I get home and my pizza is not right still.

This place Really went down hill...ordered through the app tonight waited behind a car in the drive up for 10 minutes finally got up to the window and rang the bell 3 times, no one came to the window, noticed there were 2 other people waiting inside for their orders as well...finally drove away and got pizza from reliable kwik trip. 2 weeks ago similar experience

There was a slight issue with our order but they worked quickly to resolve in a super professional and friendly way. We will definitely order from this Pizza Hut again!!! Eddy Lane,food was great,on time deliveries! Nice place! Consistent with the good food! corporate charge of 4.75 That does not go to the driver and is simply for ordering from pizza. Hut is absolutely ridiculous. Big money, grab in my opinion.

Ordered online with specific orders to use my back door because it has an awning over it.
It was pouring out. The idiot left it on the front porch in the rain.
I called to ask where my pizza was since it was 45 minutes late. The manager told me to look out the front door. There it was cold and soaked in rain water.
The manager said it was my fault since I asked for contactless delivery. Wouldn’t do anything.
I’m never ordering Pizza Hut from Eddie Lane, Eau Claire WI again!!

The shift lead said there's nothing wrong with the pizza after sending her this Pic. Then hung up on me. I brought it back and she said I was rude on the phone because I demanded a new pizza and didn't even ask to talk to a manager. I asked to talk to a manager and she sa6there was no manager there and she was the shift lead. I have now deleted the app and won't go there again.

We have always love the Pizza Hut on the Northside of Eau Claire because of how easy and convenient it is to get in and out quickly. The staff is beyond friendly and never seem to rush you. Every pizza or package we've ever ordered and picked up from them has always been nice and hot by the time it arrives home,,,and we live in Eleva so it's quite the drive,,,but soooo well worth it.
