usually love Pizza Hut but something is wrong with this one. 2nd time in a year ordering big box with 2 pizzas, wings, and sticks and this is 2nd time getting food poisoning from this Pizza Hut.

Wanted wings and pizza and when we arrived we saw a very poorly hand written note on the door that the dining room was closed due to lack of staff. I stopped coming here 2 years ago due to bad service and now I know for sure I won't be back.

since coming to this Pizza hut with my father for the last thirty something years we've always gotten taco pizza and had salsa in the last year this Pizza hut has gotten rid of salsa and replace them with awful picante packets nowhere near the same and nowhere near as good. seeing as salsas one of the number one condiments in America you think that they could handle the cost of salsa vs. picante packets ..when you order a taco pizza you need salsa !!! very disappointed.. since coming to this Pizza hut with my father for the last thirty something years we've always gotten taco pizza and had salsa in the last year this Pizza hut has gotten rid of salsa and replace them with awful picante packets nowhere near the same and nowhere near as good. seeing as salsas one of the number one condiments in America you think that they could handle the cost of salsa vs. picante packets ..when you order a taco pizza you need salsa !!! very disappointed.. I've asked them to get salsa and other Pizza hut's actually go out and buy the tostitos salsa cups from a store and serve them upon request so whoever is managing or owning this store is making very poor decisions. on a side note I have a four-year-old and a one-year-old and there is no baby changing station in the guy's room I guess fathers are not supposed to change their kids and Pizza huts only the moms, so I ended up changing my 11 month old diaper in a booth. I also brought this up three years ago with my first child to the staff and nothing has been done about it.we would really like to use this Pizza hut because it is usually cleaner and nicer than the other one but they don't have the food we like so we have to travel to the other side of town to get good Pizza hut food.

won't be coming back here unfortunately. I ordered from here and noticed that my card was charged $5 more than I signed for. I called and was told there was no manager but he'd call me back. obviously never did, I called a second time and still never heard back. ridiculous.
