It’s really good. The food is really good and the employees weren’t mean. The theme was warm and welcoming.

Poor food selection, and they don’t label their pizzas. Their ice cream machine is often down. And the whole place is unclean. Maybe understaffed, but certainly a careless management.

Their ice cream machine wasn’t working, the gold peak tea machine wasn’t either in order and the floors were terribly dirty and looked like they were rarely cleaned, I do not recommend this place

Pizza is hit or miss on quality and variety. Chicken is good. Beverages are watered down. It's pricey for what it is

It has been awhile since I have been to pizza ranch. Was very surprised and disappointed by the fact you now have to pay for your drinks. Really? Then no sweet tea in container and I'm not a pop drinker nor coffee.

I’ve been visiting this Pizza Ranch location for several years, typically a few times a month. After much consideration, I feel it’s time to share my most honest and accurate review.
The big picture: This establishment is truly a hit or miss.
Sometimes, the pizza on the buffet is well-stocked and fresh, while other times, it’s a struggle to find anything available. Similarly, the cleanliness of the plates, utensils, and drinking cups is inconsistent. On good days, everything is spotless; on bad days, you might find dried food still clinging to "clean" dishes or cups.
The general cleanliness of the establishment also varies greatly. There are times when the restaurant is well-maintained and inviting, and other times when it’s beyond filthy, making it an unpleasant experience.
One consistent issue, however, is the ice cream machine. It’s almost always out of service, and I’ve been told by multiple employees that even when it’s “cleaned,” it’s not done properly—just a splash of water and called good. If these claims are accurate, I’d recommend avoiding it altogether, even if the machine happens to be functioning.
I’ve also heard employees mention that the dishwashing area is moldy. While I can’t confirm this myself, it’s concerning to hear, especially considering the inconsistencies with the cleanliness of the dishes.
The salad bar is another weak point. In my experience, it often appears unclean and poorly maintained. While I don’t personally visit Pizza Ranch for the salad, it’s still worth mentioning for those who might.
As for the sides like chicken and potatoes, these are as hit-or-miss as the rest of the offerings. Sometimes, they’re delicious, and other times, they’re poorly prepared and disappointing.
When it comes to the price, it’s clear that things have gotten more expensive over time. While I understand this is a trend across most restaurants due to rising costs, I feel that with higher prices, I should expect a rather decent and consistent experience. Unfortunately, with Pizza Ranch, it often feels like rolling the dice.
In conclusion, I can’t give a definitive thumbs-up or thumbs-down for this Pizza Ranch location because it’s so unpredictable. Some visits are enjoyable and satisfying, while others leave much to be desired. Consistency is key for any establishment, and unfortunately, that’s where this location falls short.
If you’re willing to take the gamble, you might have a great meal. But be prepared for the possibility of encountering issues with food quality, cleanliness, or service.
Typical pizza ranch food, the buffet had lots of options however there was quite a mess between it all. The bathrooms were HORRIBLE. Also had to wait quite some time for anyone to realize we were there so we could pay.

Good food
Wow where can I begin? Came in here on a Saturday night around 6. There were no plates or forks in the buffet. I took the last of the cups. The employees seemed annoyed, understaffed and stressed out anytime you brought anything up. All of the tables were dirty. When we finally were able to sit at a clean table it was out of napkins. The buffet should having a warning sign about slippery floors. There was so much grease and food on the floor. A gnat was found in my daughter’s mashed potatoes. The ice cream machine was half working. An employee just said you need to let it freeze although it had a “low mix” message. Dessert pizza was non existent after I heard numerous of patrons ask about it. The salad bar was in disarray. Supposedly the pickled herring is good, though. This was a laughable experience and I’ll never come here again but man oh man it makes for a good story.
