I been here several times and everytime the cashiers are extremely rude. I ordered the family box and the lady rolled her eyes so hard I literally felt it. It was also accompanied by a loud sigh like it was just the absolute worst thing for me to ask. Then she tried to rush me through the the check out process. Don't be so rude. She needs a new job for real. maybe take it off your menu if you're gonna act like an absolute child when someone orders something.

"I’ve ordered from Pretzelmaker several times, and while the quality can be inconsistent, I also find it hard to justify the price for what’s offered. Here’s my detailed breakdown of the various pretzels I’ve tried:
Ranch Pretzels: The flavor is nice, but the seasoning can unfortunately be a bit uneven. Some bites are flavorful, while others are bland unfortunately.
Parmesan Pretzels: A good amount of flavor when made right, however they can be slightly dry. A dipping sauce is almost a must with these.
Regular Pretzels: Classic and reliable, but nothing extraordinary about them other than the price.😉
Cheese-Stuffed Pretzels: These are the highlight for me - when they’re done right, anyway. The cheese filling is warm and gooey, which makes them incredibly satisfying. However, the portion size doesn’t quite feel worth the price. Unfortunately, more often than not, the pretzels are missing their cheese centers. My guess is they’re being overcooked, which causes the filling to disappear. It’s disappointing because, when they’re on point, they’re absolutely delicious!
Overall, while Pretzelmaker delivers decent flavors, the cost and inconsistency with the quality often outweighs the experience. I don't mind occasional visits, but it’s not a spot I frequent regularly.

? They bake the best fresh pretzel bites I’ve ever had! Everytime I go to the mall I have to have some. Make sure you get NACHO CHEESE so much better than the flavorless cheddar.
Was there on Saturday with my daughter and the lady at the counter was absolutely awful and rude!! Tried ordering a number 4 combo off the sign and she was rude and snotty when she said she couldn’t see what a number 4 was on her computer… I then read it to her off the sign and asked if I could get it stuffed with cheese, she snapped at me NO! Didn’t explain why so I was already pissed when I snapped back at her about her attitude and then ordered two large stuffed pretzel cups which then I had to wait over 20 minutes for as I watched her be overly friendly to everyone else in line and spun be looks on and off. Will never go back

It's... fine. I got the pretzel dog bites, and they were unsalted, and very bland. I asked if they had mustard and the cashier said "ketchup" which... isn't a mustard and not what I asked for. Then I asked if they had a cheese sauce and I got a cup of maybe the blandest cheese sauce I've ever had. Then I see on the menu honey mustard and 2 different kinds of cheese sauces. If I was the cashier I would have asked for clarification. Maybe the nacho cheese is better. I wouldn't know. 3 stars because the service was quick and the food satiated my hunger. Probably won't be back.

I order combo #2 with 16 pieces mini hot dog and I was serve with 14 .. I asked the cashier that look way smaller then it should be. She told me it is 16 pieces though I can see her coworker gave her a look when I spoke out at the register. My kids sat to eat and they said it is not 16 pieces it is 13 instead.. way disappointed you would get charged for not getting your order correctly.
