Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta

I have to restate what others have. The staff at this location (with a few notable exceptions) are not only unfriendly, but outright rude. I hadn't been there in a long time, partially because of that, but also because this location can't seem to con the pizzas all of the way through. I don't know if it's because they're trying to rush to get pizzas out the door or what, but it's been a consistent problem here. I love Rocky's and it had been long enough since I'd been there that I thought due to turnover it might have improved. I was wrong. I'm writing this after I had to throw out the entire core of my pizza because, yet again, it wasn't cooked all of the way through. But if you can find a good Rocky's, treasure it. The pizza is really good if cooked.

the pizza were pre made. i get your inside the mall but my pizza slice was soggy like its been there all day, no flavor and was not worth the $8-9. i have a 5 year old and couldnt decide what she wanted, cashier seemed irritated and grabbed our pizzas and pretty much dropped it on the tray, when my wife had asked for a condiment the cashiers did get it but was rude about it.

I got the chicken Alfredo and it tasted like the same crap they give in school, not to mention the noodles were overcooked and the bread was stale. I also got sick right after . Never coming here again

Typical mall food, the puzza was ok, a bit thick on the dough but tasted good and prices where ok.

It's a Rocky's in a mall food court. The pizza is always good. The staff are teenagers & it's pretty clear they are doing the bare minimum. But it's really good pizza.

Would have been a 5 star but our pizza & breadsticks this time were both extremely greasy

We normally love this place but they must've gotten new employees or something. We had an issue with a card and they were very rude about it and when we did get our food they gave us a broken tray so it fell on the floor. We expected an apology atleast but they just looked at us for a second and then walked away. On top of that the food was not up to their regular standards. All other times it's been mouth watering but today gas station food would've been better. Friday June 13th 4 pm

Delicious sausage, pepperoni and mushroom - flavor of the day. Located at the food court at Oakwood Mall which had nice clean tables.

Parking: Busy but plenty of spots available

I've been getting breadsticks and pizza here since I was a teen almost 20 years ago. I still love their food. Today they had 2 girls on register. They were friendly and attentive.

Take out order - choice of slices was limited. Superslice offerrings each had pepperoni,
which we did not want. What we did order, one of four slices was burnt.
