Jim and Marie are the kindest souls, and really put their heart into the food/their business. Rollin’ Smoke graciously catered our wedding reception (on a 95+ degree day!) and the food was absolutely phenomenal!! We received compliments on the meal throughout the entire night, and they were onsite from start to finish to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly, highly recommend for either just a quick bite or a full on catering event! We can’t thank them enough!

SO GOOD!!! I got the brisket loaded Mac and just plain Mac and cheese for my toddler. My toddler ate her Mac and cheese and then pulled off the brisket on mine and ate that too!! The BEST BBQ in the valley by far!!

Woohoo! Finally made it to this amazing food truck today! Smokey, tender, and juicy brisket: generous portion! The sweet pepper slaw is a perfect sweet and crunchy accompaniment to the perfectly smoked brisket. Mac n cheese and cornbread muffin made this a perfect dinner plate. My advice: GO AND GET SOME!

I got pulled pork, chicken , and Brisket. Sides were Cole slaw, beans,Mac and cheese, and Mashed Potatoes. My favorite was the chicken and the Mac and cheese. All was very good it had great flavor. Each one of the meats had a different flavor to them, which was great. All the sides had great flavor. Best Texas BBQ. Will definitely stop again

Service was great - food, not my cup of tea. The seasoning is very black peppery (and tasted like it hadn't been cooked after being applied to the meat - exterior of ribs and brisket were grainy) , the ribs/ brisket/ pulled pork/ chicken basically all tasted the same. The cole slaw and Mac and cheese were very tasty, Corn bread and burnt ends were decent, and the cowboy beans weren't cooked through. I like a good bark on my BBQ and the ribs didn't really have that at all.So if you like a sweeter, more molasses style BBQ this won't be your jam.

I had the brisket and chicken with greens. OMG! Delicious! Best BBQ in Eau Claire! Some people have said it's expensive, but it isn't. You pay for what you get and it's a generous portion of tasty meat! The bbq sauce is the best..I think the have like 5 or 6 kinds. Definitely try it! Customer service is on point! 10/10
