My wife purchased a Presto Orville Redenbacher hot air popcorn 🍿 popper (Model 0486602) on 11/8/25 at Meijer, and both of us have a VERY high opinion of this hot air popper. It is the best one we ever owned. We like how it pops popcorn very quickly and doesn't leave hardly any unpopped popcorn kernels, like some of the less expensive hot air poppers we have had the last few decades.
Asked Presto if there was a stainless steel cooking rack available for my pressure cooker, the answer was yes.
I placed the order and paid for shipping.
Item I received didnt fit my cooker.
Called Presto and they said Id have to pay to return the item. Although they knew It wouldnt fit. Its my loss, not Prestos I guss.

We reached out after our newly bought Pizzazz had issues. We provided all requested information and followed the steps they provided. Suddenly they needed more information than what was provided and then decided they weren't going to cover the warranty. Absolutely terrible customer service all around.

I bought the presto electric skillet, and with it came an order form for a cookbook and baking rack. I ordered these extras and I just received in the mail that these extras went up in price by $7.04. Presto said they applied my $32.44 to my order assuming that I would be agreeable to this. What a racket. Don't buy the extras cause you will probably be sending them another check.
Pathetic that a company in business for as long as presto has and still producing disposable junk. Shame on presto. EVERYTHING they make is purposefully made to fail and not last. We don’t need companies like this anymore. Good job wasting our planets natural resources on your disposable junk.
Had a small problem with my 16 quart pressure canner. I emailed the company using the form on their site. Excellent customer service: I received a same-day response and after a few more questions and answers, my problem was solved within a few hours. The rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and even requested I get back to her to confirm her advice worked. It did! I will definitely stick with Presto canners.
I am so happy with Presto customer service. My pressure cooker failed smack dab in the middle of our 2022 harvest. A quick phone call initiated a very smooth, efficient and speedy service experience. Thank you

You have to pay for shipping to have their center inspect their products for malfunction. This doesn't guarantee that they will send the replacement, just that they'll inspect it. If it is replaced, they don't refund you for shipping. Also, customer service is very rude.
Make the best & most affordable dehydrator ever. Digital time & temp controls are great for entire pain free food prep. Unfortunately their customer service doesnt share same values. Easier to buy supplies & accessories from amazon & walmart. Pity such a great product but not able to provide basic support. Should at least have someone who has used the product to handle the phones

After many years of use when my cooker had issues,I, replaced it with another.After a short time the handles did not mesh and wiggled when I poured.After many requests, the cooker was replaced.But after the 2 usages, the same problem occurred. I called again and was told that they would send me a screw to fix the problem. It never arrived. I have been screwed
