This is a hard one to reviewService was good, bartender was a little distracted but very friendly.Food came out quick and was flavorful. I had the Philly a good portion of the meat and cheese came off the bun and ended up on the French fries but I actually like that on the fries.My only question or concern would be I'm sure my bun was microwaved that makes me wonder if the food was.I'll come back and give it another go was happy with the meal

Went here for lunch today with my parents and kids and everything we ordered was SO delicious, hot, fresh, and fast! We got hush puppies, catfish, chicken, an Italian beef, and a gyro. Highly recommend all of it! The picture of the hush puppies is only about half the quantity of what you really get, but they were so good the kids ate them up before I could snap a photo!

If I could put more than five stars I would! You want that Southside Soul food!? This is where you need to be! Hidden gem of Eau Claire! Best service I have had in the area! Wonderful environment with well spaced out seating! And the food is unbelievable! As you can see in the picture we tried a little of everything being our first time in! Best catfish and hush puppies I have ever had! Wings almost melted in your mouth! Fried okra, cheese curds, and the lemon pepper salted fries were to die for! They brought us out a spread of their sauces to try with everything as well which were fantastic! Can't wait to go back and try the Chicago style hotdogs, and big beef sandwich!

My wife and I visited Southside lastnight for the 1st time and it DID NOT disappoint!!?? I had the catfish and my wife had the gyro. Both prepared perfectly and portioned right. The house bloody's were ON POINT and the cherry vodka sours were delicious and refreshing!! Highly recommended Antoine and his awesome team! Thank you for a great dinning experience??

I've never eaten at a place that served southern style chicken.Its was good! Also had the Gyro on a pitas. It was so big I could barely getthat first bite I. My mouth. Very tastyThe waiter was a plus also?

Stopped in on a busy Saturday night with my buddy and his family. The service was absolutely excellent, and the food was phenomenal! I wish i had gotten the waiters name, he deserves 5 stars as well! Highly recommend stopping in for some great food.

I will say out of all the places I’ve been in ec have been good but man this place is something else. Not only was the service amazing. The food was even better! We ordered the fried okra, chicken and waffles, Philly cheese steak and the fried catfish. All of it was some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m so excited to have gone here. Will definitely be back again as It is my new favorite place to eat in ec and the only and best soul food place in the area!

Prices are too high for food that is terrible , baked Mac and cheese ain’t even your real “baked Mac and cheese” , forgot multiple stuff on my $30 plus order chicken was pink and nasty , potatoes disgusting this is definitely not the real definition of soul food , ya gotta at least try with the food and they do not not too mention to go how it’s served is terrible why is half of my Mac n cheese in the bottom of the bag because it’s not being done properly 10 /10 DO NOT recommend it’s only probably popular because it has “soul food” in the name and if y’all want real soul food come to my house then
I just had the most amazing meal and service. Definitely coming back. I had catfish, collard greens, cornbread… I loved it all. So glad I have leftovers for tomorrow… If you have not been here yet you are missing out!

I’m from Chicago and it felt like being at home eatin there fire catfish and lemon pepper fries. The catfish portions r huge and worth the price. Cornbread muffins were sooo good also. As a seasoned Chef best spot I’ve eatin from ina minute. 5 outta 5 Stars.
