Won't be back to Starbucks ever again they demand a tip before anything didn't even pay yet and was asked to tip and when.i said no she got pissy and was rude lol my coffee is already $10 and then you want me to tip no hello no how are you won't be coming back to Starbucks and will pass it on how you are treated there and my drink wasn't even good

Very friendly service, faster than the one on Clairemont in my experience. Oddly located and hard to get to with traffic sometimes. Entrance to the drive-thru is on the north side of the parking lot across the street from Wiscos.

I ordered a blackberry sage refresher (with water) thru the drive through on Monday 5/5 at 5:45 pm at the Starbucks on Hastings in Eau Claire and got my drink order right away. I was rushed after work for sports pick ups, so didn’t notice that the drink was old and possibly been partially drank? I noticed that it did not taste right after one sip. It was warm with melted ice and honestly upset my stomach. Typically a refresher’s ice lasts for hours, so not sure how long the drink I was given was sitting around. Look at the color in the photo. I will be reporting this employees poor judgment to the store manager. This is a violation for establishments serving food and beverages and frankly dangerous. I typically have wonderful service during the morning hours in this location but would caution visiting later in the day unless something changes. Thank you for addressing this public safety concern.

My daughter just went through the drive through, She ordered one item, a Lavender Matcha iced. No lavender in the lavender matcha...I called,I was lied to by the manager saying she watched the " barista" put in that floral essence. None in there, besides my being a super taster...my family could also detect no lavender. I asked for a refund...manager kid made excuses. Is your job at Starbucks that stressful that lying is now a business model...I think not. When / if there are consequences for your lies...let me know.

I came in looking for a specific tumbler, they didn't have it but the guy called another place to help and helped with other locations. I ended up buying a different one but he was very helpful and it should be recognized.

Daisy Hill

I used to love mobile order from this location. Go in, grab it and be on my way. This location seems to be lacking something that was there before.
The last two times I ordered standard drinks off the app. Both times things like extra cold foam and extra topping were ignored.
One time the barista did not know what the drink was and said it was not in the system so she waited for me to show up to make the drink. I have ordered the drink many times off the app, everyone else knows what it is.
The last time my drink was not on the counter so I waited outside with my dogs. 20 minutes after my drink was supposed to be made I went inside. One of the girls said, "are you waiting for a mobile order?" I told her yes and gave her my name, she asked "did you come through the drive through because someone else gave the name Daisy for an order?" (Daisy is an uncommon name for a person.) She turns around and hands me my drink off the drive through shelf. The only drink sitting around at the moment. I did specify in the app for the drink to be picked up in the store.

got my order wrong. checked my receipt and it was rung correctly, but the cup had no sticker on it with the order, so it makes sense why whoever made it got it wrong. not worth driving back. won’t be going back to this location.
