I ordered a vanilla bean frappe with a Carmel wall and Carmel sauce. The cashier then proceeded to tell me that that’s “too much Carmel for one drink.” I then waited for my drink and there was only Carmel on the top. Not even the Carmel sauce I asked for was in the drink. I went back and ended up getting a new one after having to explain how and why they got my order wrong and the cashier responded with “I don’t know, I just work here.” VERY unprofessional. Not only the service was bad but also the atmosphere. The workers were swearing while talking to each other and the security girl just helped herself in the back of the Starbucks. I used to love this place, but after the last few experiences I had- I am NOT happy.

Big SHOUT-OUT to Sami the BEST employee I have ever had in a Starbucks. I have been to TONS of Starbucks alllll around the US/Virgin Islands. She was 100% genuine. From the warm greeting, outstanding service, and taking interest in our conversation meant the world to me. Will ALWAYS be a stop when I travel to Eau Claire.
