The guy and at the drive through speaker cannot put the right order in and I had to repeat it multiple times to the point where I had to cancel my order and leave the line.

Good and consistent quality as you should expect across any good managed Starbucks. It is a little weird and awkward that the bathrooms are locked and you need to get a code from the staff to get access; it was a busy morning so had a hard time flagging someone down just to use the bathroom.

The drive thru staff are so friendly! I must apologize, we drove up like a minute before y'all closed (we saw cars in the lot, customers still sitting inside, and failed to notice the time). By all rights, y'all should have sent us packing! I felt awful after we left and I realized we were Those People.

I went through drive through the service was fast and the staff were so kind and considerate. They took the time to ask me how I was and make small conversation. They also made a excellent coffee in less than 4 minutes. This was an amazing experience I love lavender lattes with lavender cold foam.
Obsessed with the iced black and white w/oatmilk, no whip! Hot is just as good though.

I have now had my order incorrectly made 3 times in a row. Each time I brought it up to the barista they argued and treated me like I was an inconvenience. It is a simple order, a refresher with no inclusions made with water. Every time it has been made with lemonade. Ridiculous for $7 I shouldnāt have to beg them to remake it for me. Do better with your staff seriously. View photo for my refresher that āis made with waterā. Iāve been ordering this for years this is made with lemonade. Didnāt even bring it up to this barista because Iām over this.
