Im giveing this place a 1 star im vary vary gross out the lady was coughing a lot u can tell she's sick and the 1 other guy he was nice but he was covered and I mean covered in hair all over his shrit and he was making sandwiches to just a lot of health concerns the food department needs to check this place out!

I ordered a sub from Uber Eats and when it was delivered I got the wrong sub. I called Subway and talked to an employee and we both read off what his ticket said and what my receipt said the ticket and receipt matched and yet the sub was wrong. They refused to correct the sandwich even though the mess up was on their end.
This is the worst subway in town. I have been here multiple times and each time the guy behind counter just stands there and I wait for him to ask me what I want. Even for veggies. He should be the one asking not me standing there until he looks at me and finally asks. Need to retrain or let him go. Employee # 464. At subway #48249.

The ladie working at the subway on Jeffers road today 9/03/24 made probably one of the best subs I've had in forever! Not only fast service but to perfection on amount and and sauce. This place definitely needs to keep her around. Aslo was out whipping down tables right away

So.... slow...! Waited 15 minutes for the guy working to make two subs! Terrible. I've never seen someone move so slow. If I wasn't starving I'd have walked out. Save your money and just get a bag of chips at the gas station next door and go somewhere else.

Have ordered from this subway multiple times online and have given over 10mins before arriving at the store just to have to wait in line and wait for them to make my order in front of me. One time is forgivable but it’s every time I’ve tried to place an order ahead of time. I Will no longer order from this store. Took the time I had waiting to write this review.

WORST SUBWAY EVER. The man that was working took 10-20 minutes to get our order. He was complaining about his coworkers and customers the whole time. Literally moved .0005 miles an hour. I’ve been there multiple times and have been disappointed each time. What a shame

Food was good, staff definitely isn't very friendly though. That and a foot long cost me $18 dollars.......... I remember paying $5 for a footlong. Not worth it.

I'm adjusting my review to two stars because despite ordering online and allowing ample time for preparation, my sandwiches weren't ready upon arrival. Despite ordering ahead, it seems they prioritize in-person orders over online ones, which should not be the case when payment is made upfront.
If you want your sub made correctly, don’t go to the subway on Jeffers Rd and have the manager Sheila make it. Ordered 2 six inch BLT’s on the app and neither one had cheese or onions on them. Then when I called to let her know they were wrong she told me I was wrong because she made them and knows she didn’t mess up and to return the sandwiches if I want a refund. That was a waste of my lunch break and time and now I have to go out of my way to return to the store again and waste more time.
