My husband and I were excited to try the footlong nachos since they came out. Apparently, Subway only uses one bag of chips, and everyone knows there're only a few chips in those tiny bags. The chips were barely covering the bottom of the nacho box, so we had to purchase an extra bag of chips at extra cost. Major false advertising compared to the ads. The girl making it had absolutely zero personality and no social skills whatsoever. After receiving and eating our steak nachos, my husband and I both got really queasy stomachs and felt nauseous for hours. This was the last straw with Subway. After many negative experiences in the past, we are officially never going to Subway again.

I waited a long time while they made the pick up orders. Matt was rude about it. The girl working with him asked if I wanted cookies or chips with it and I said I wanted to make it a meal. I said cookies and she rang me up for a cookie plus sub. So I asked about my drink and she rang it up separately. Matt saw this and didn't say anything. Very upset I paid more than I needed to.

The girl working tonight was an absolute sweetheart! I struggle with my eye sight and can't see very far, and she read off the menu for me, and was so very patient. Usually I have people telling me to go at the end of the line because someone else can actually see instead of me, but she was so sweet. I didn't get her name, but she deserves a raise! We need more people like her ❤

Asst manager Matt was very rude! I'm disgusted by how I was treat especially being a subway manager myself and that's how he treats customers with their kids wanting slushies and because we were waiting by register he just went to making more subs. This is the 2nd time I've been at this subway and treated with complete disrespect from staff.

Don’t show up and plan to use a coupon. The cash register did not ring up the (valid) coupon price after the subs were made. This was with a manager who could not get the cash register to work correctly. He just shrugged his hands basically.I followed up with a detailed letter to management and no reply. I paid over $10 extra for my food. Food was average.Choose the subway over by harbor freight to give your business to. I have been to that one, store is cleaner and staff are friendly and helpful.

Sais it closes at 10pm on the window sign looked it up online sais closes at 9:30pm and show up at 8:30pm and are already cleaning and was told their closed every day I work in the area their closed at all different times they need a consistent schedule
