Recently ordered online and requested not have my bread toasted, which was actually acknowledged. The unfortunate thing is that the sandwich I ordered was a steak and cheese so I guess they don't heat up the meat or cheese if they can't toast it? Steak was ice cold so needless to say it was a less than pleasant experience receiving my food smh

The female sandwich artist did her best to handle a small rush, while her younger coworker seemingly ignored customers. The bread on all our orders was very hard though; crunchy on the ends even. Stopped in a little after 7:15 PM. May or may not stop here again.

Service was quick but employee acted like they had to be there
Fresh roasted veggies by a friendly server. Pop is pricey so we bought it at the attached gas station. Little chipotle sauce on a steak and cheese and we're back on the road again.
