1 star is too high for this taco bell, just ordered a doordash, and they forgot a whole cantina chicken quesadilla, and the guacamole. They didn't even bother checking their food before delivering.

PATHETIC!!!!!! These women working are an absolute joke. We came and spent $30. Not only was one of the taco's wrong, but they also didn't give us two of our items. We went back to get our food. Which, no big deal? Right? Nope. The girl didn't even look at our receipt or anything! In fact the girl looked at us and slammed the drive through window. A "manager" came up to the window while the original girl stood behind her screaming. The manager was SO rude. She wouldn't help, no refund and no food that I already paid for. So we went inside. It took multiple people walking past us before a gentleman came up and finally helped us.
DO NOT GO TO THE TACO BELL ON CRAIG RD IN EAU CLAIRE WI!!!!!!!!

Seriously? I have given them multiple tries multiple different days. Between missing food items in my orders and their machines breaking down i figured it was just the luck of the draw. But today was the last straw. My boyfriend has anxiety and low blood sugar. He went through the taco bell drive through line at 9pm today hoping to get something to quell his shakes. It started out normal and he had asked for a minute to gather his order (he was going to bring food home for me) and the female had granted him the time. After a minute or so he was ready and asked for a number one combo and a deep mans voice came over the speaker stating a loud "no" before the girl came back giggling asking him to proceed. For someone with crippling anxiety that's terrifying. At this point this place just needs to shut down.

If you value your time DO NOT GO THERE, IF YOU ARE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH, YOU ARE TRAPPED. I was waiting for 20 minutes, thank God that the other 3 cars decided to leave so I could get out and back to work. I submitted a complaint on the Taco Bell website 4 years ago for the same issue, they sent me a coupon for a free taco. Shame on me for thinking they got better.

Went to go order and just got met with rude tones from an older gentleman. I didn’t hear him speaking due to his equipment. Gave me the worst customer service experience. He told me to listen and why can’t I understand that at all. Proceeded to hand me the food and what do you know no sauces like I requested. Very poor customer service and quality.

I’m sitting here in the drive thru at 11 PM stuck behind cars because they won’t allow me to order food. I don’t even like Taco Bell in the first place but this one has actually got to go. waited in line forever just to receive food that was cold and not even put together correctly. staff always slow and takes forever in drive through. i understand if they get understaffed at night but we shouldnt be waiting in line for almost half an hour.

Taco Bell breakfast is hands-down, the best fast food breakfast. Y'all need to bring back the waffle taco, but I can get by on AM crunchwraps, I suppose. This particular store fast fast service and a clean drive-thru. Thank you for being one of the last places that doesn't make me pull off to the side and wait for my food.
