Okay, first this is fast food drive through!!! 32 minutes to wait for a crunchy taco, beef and cheese burrito is so not acceptable. People we are on a lunch break (30 minutes) total including drive time and eating, not sitting in your take out window. On top of all that, they gave me the wrong order, got back to work to eat finally a cold meal and to find out its wrong. You owe me $10.00. Totally ridiculous.

Waited in line for nearly a half hour. Only one vehicle advanced to the window, only to seemingly drive around the building and leave. Two other vehicles in line ahead of me did what I did: turned out of line and left. This was a little after 02:00 in the morning. Don't know if I'll ever attempt to go back to this location, after reading other recent reviews.

Just don’t. Staff is unfriendly, takes 10 minutes just to take your order another 20 to make it. Don’t even think about coming here past 10pm. Atrocious. 2/3 of the time something on your order will be messed up

Whoever is working tonight is definitely the dream team! Our food was ready in less than 5 minutes! And everything was completely correct. The guy who made our food even knew that he didn’t miss a sauce but still gave us extra!

This Taco Bell is lacking to say the least. It's the closest location, which is why I visit, but they disappoint time and time again.

Going through the drive thru takes a whole 24 hours to get through, more like 20-25 minutes, but for fast food, still not good.

And even after the wait time, they always miss an item or two on your order. Always a splendid surprise to see that items I've paid for missing! I've tried to contact the location about reimbursement on missing items or whatever but they never reach out. Not. Once. I even submit orders online and they can't even reimburse me via redeemable points to my account. Disappointed.

Do you have 30+ minutes for "fast" food?
Do you want your order to be missing items and the items that you do get to be made incorrectly?
Do you want to observe an interior that's cleaned at most, once a day?

If yes, this is the place for you. Who manages this place, seriously?? I've been the Taco Bells all over the country (yes, sad), and literally every single one is better and typically cheaper. Check out Hawaii Taco Bell prices compared to Eau Claire. The point I'm making is this place is charging a lot comparatively and should ... Should be able to hire better and more workers.

The people were nice but I explained my order 3 different times and it STILL ended up wrong. Idk what is hard about 3 supreme Doritos locos tacos and 3 more with no sour cream but they f-ed that up somehow.

The food is tasty, the only reason I ranked a three is speed of service. It took approximately 15-20 minutes to just go through the drive through, and once you're in line there's no way to back out. Sadly it wasn't the first time. I had patience and no place to be, so it didn't bother me, but I wouldn't plan on coming here if you have a time constraint.

Not just disappointing, but actually unsafe.
TLDR: we were physically trapped for 20 in the drive thru while my partner had a severe panic attack in the passenger seat. Staff gave a half hearted "sorry for the wait" and a bag of cold food. We were only second in line

This used to be the "good" taco bell in town, from what I remember. The past couple times I've gone though have sucked. I order on the app but it still takes forever to get my food, and that's /in/ the drive thru that people claim is their focus.
Tonight we put in a mobile order, waited 10 minutes behind one single car to get to the order box alone, was barely spoken to, let alone being told there was a wait or anything. We then were sat behind ONE CAR for 20 MINUTES. The line behind us extended into the street. Worse is, we'd have just left and called to cancel the order, but there is physically no way to get out when there's a car in front of and behind you. Also, every time I call there's a busy tone and no connection. My partner was having a panic attack that verged on turning into a medical emergency. God forbid someone does have something horrible happen while they're stuck sitting there. What are you supposed to do, abandon your car late at night in the winter and obstruct the drive thru more?
When your location is built with a challenging feature like that, there NEEDS to be some system in place for insane backups like this, especially at a location where slow service is the norm.
