The manager was yelling at an employee about their drawer being short in front of guest and belittling him . It was definitely not the place to do it when your store is full of customers and people just continued to work slow as possible it took at least 15 minutes to get our food.

Went into Taco Bell on . 12/14/2025 and I got the $9.50 box after tax and the lady told me it was $18 something and plus to Cheese rolls that cheese rolls where on the cheaper menu I think the lady over charged me I was not happy

We ordered on the app and showed up to see the drive-thru closed. No biggie. Go inside to wait for our food and thereās 3 people working and tons of people waiting for their food. No one was at the register to check us in for mobile orders for 15 minutes and when they did, it bumped our order all the way to the end. One worker was justā¦ sweeping? The workers who were in the back just yelled at each other. We continued to wait, but noticed some questionable hand hygiene (or lack thereof) and decide to leave after waiting a total of 45 minutes. Weāre requesting a refund through the app and never returning to this place again. Used to have great service and food!
Been to this location 3 times because it's closest to home. If I want taco bell from here on out, I'll go the extra 10 minutes to Clairemont at this point. Last two times at least one item was wrong, but the staff was at least sympathetic. This time, I'm going on 50 minutes and no food. I love the franchise, but this location needs some serious help.

I don't come during first shift because of the lying and ongoing animosity from the same person that sabotaged their own environment and has been for many years. Second shift needs help and there's no management to help them. Waited over 50 minutes and watched others get their food before me and I ordered way before them. Even the kiosk couldn't manage. Asked for a receipt and never got one. Taco Bell has gone down hill so bad. What a horrible environment to work with. I felt so bad for those employees.
