This is my Slam Poetry titled "35 minutes".35 minutes is how long I had to wait for an UberEats order that only paid me $5 for the hour total it took from start to finish.35 minutes to watch 4 cars go through the drive thru while I sat there and waited.35 minutes that I could've been out making more than $25/hr, instead I was stuck waiting.35 minutes for what, you might ask?35 minutes for 2 quesadillas and a cravings box. THIRTY FIVE MINUTES!35 minutes to watch 3 other food delivery people walk in, while I knew the fate they would face.This location either needs to get their stuff together and shape up, or they need to be shut down.I might add, I never leave reviews for any businesses. This is only the 2nd review I have left a business, the other being a remarkable 5 stars. I don't leave reviews unless someplace leaves an impression

The only reason to order from this location would be because the other Taco Bell’s down the street are closed. I always order through the app just for convenience since I live 20+ minutes away from this Taco Bell. The food is great, that is, when they actually give it to you. This is the second time in a row my girlfriend didn’t get her Crunchwrap. We always get everything else. Is it just too hard to make a Crunchwrap? They’d rather face the potential consequences than make me a Crunchwrap?? Also one of these locations has an employee with bed bugs and from my understanding, it’s this location. That’s how desperate I am for this greasy garbage. I’m willing to get bed bugs for a Crunchwrap. And yet, they always forget it. And now my girlfriend hates me because of you guys. And now I hate her because I always have to give her my beefy five layer to compensate for it. And I’ve never gotten a refund even though I issued twice in the app for them. I’ll put the owner of this franchise in a bell and hit it as hard as I can with a Crunchwrap. Oh wait, I can’t because they always forget my Crunchwrap. Picture below of my Crunchwrap:

Our whole order was completely wrong, drove back to get it remade. Waited for 40 minutes just for the manager to tell the kitchen to “stop pushing the order back”. They were serving people who walked in long after us, not a good experience.

Ordered some Fiesta potato and only 1/3 full on all of them, also Ordered some tacos added tomato got charged 62 cents per taco and no tomato on any of the tacos wait time is always long if there were closer tacobell would go to it but don't have any other choice.
I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes tonight. I get being backed up but they wouldn’t take another order until the car got their food. Then when we finally got up to the window, three separate people were standing around by the front, throwing cups at each other, throwing food, and would bring our bag up to the window and then walk away with it. We told the person at the window we had food too after give us our drinks and he just said yeah and then they continued to stand around. Then the guy making the drinks was digging in his ear with gloves on. Then didn’t change them. Get some better staff that’s competent. I never leave reviews like this but this was ridiculous.

Wouldn't give them any stars if I could. Ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and it had no red sauce or sour cream in it which made it extremely dry and not worth eating after the first few bites. Also Ordered a quesadilla and cooks must be new because they put chipotle on it instead of creamy jalapeño sauce and I asked for a extra cup of jalapeño sauce to dip it my quesadilla in and they also put chipotle in there as well! Never had bad experience from there until now!! Horrible service. Everyone was on their phones not paying attention that my order was in.

I'll admit I've been splurging on TBell a lot lately, and that online exclusive veggie combo has gotten me good. Using the mobile app, I barely stop moving through the drive-thru before I'm on my way out with treasure in hand. 10/10 convenience and
